This picture got me thinking. I would watch the shit out of a Code Geass spinoff--I guess it would have to be an AU--of Lelouch as emperor. I love the idea of Lelouch winning the throne and then being forced to keep it and defend it, for whatever reason. The thought of him having to deal with advisers, manage civilian and military concerns, handle "respectable" geopolitics, and deal with a wife/wives is really appealing.

Maybe it's just that I've been reading a lot of Shakespeare's history plays lately, but a show about keeping and maintaining kingship seems like it could be just as interesting as a show about rebellion, especially if the main character were Lelouch.

Anyone else agree?

Presumably Schneizel has been killed off for being too dangerous. Not to mention that if Lelouch as 13th prince seizes the throne, Schneizel, the 2nd prince, wouldn't be too happy about that.
