If you're downloading smaller 720p shit you may even be hurting yourself, since those aren't freeleech fewer people may wish to download them in order to preserve their ratio. As long as you have the disk space to not delete shit constantly you should have absolutely no issues with AB and you ratio should be increasing pretty much constantly, though very slowly.
