I think it's fair to say that at the very least he doesn't care enough anymore to overwork himself to achieve perfection.

Even if the art didn't turn into complete shit there would still be the issue of the plot and the rate of releases making it pretty unrealistic that it will ever be finished.

Never would I have thought the "Miura is addicted to Idolmaster" meme was actually true all along and not just a shitty rumor.

When was the last time Guts actually showed anger? He's been this calm stoic daddy figure since meeting Schierke basically. I don't even particular mind the development from rage-against-the-gods Guts to this, it just affects the plot too since obviously you are unable to give him any reasons to rage.

It was based on some shitty comments from a japanese magazine stating that Miura hung out with a friend playing Idolmaster. People turned that into "Miura is literally addicted to Idolmaster, that's why Berserk is always on hiatus"

Miura actually died and his assistants are continuing his manga based on his final will, which contained a script and outline of the Berserk plot until its end. So they covered up his death and trace old Berserk art to continue it.

At this point I think he's either burnt out or has got some actual health problems that's making his skills deteriorate.

I think this might be it. I won't put a high chance on Berserk staying for another five years. The story will probably end somewhere in this island.

Not the same poster, but for me it isn't at all that I don't like the 2D, its actually that the 2D looks so much better than the 3D that its a fucking hue tease and it makes it hurt even more that the show is done primarily jarringly shitty 3D. The 2D is nice, but its a jarring and obvious contrast and its odd when thy use it for an extended periods out of nowhere, but moreso than that it just makes how painfully awful the rest of the show looks that much more depressing when they throw in glimpses of something better.
