If you missed out on episode 10, he's a bit fond of Akko. He just doesn't show it. Don't forget that he actually got development that episode too. He's more open to witches now.

3, 8 and 13 are still the top 3 episodes, though. And none of them featured Andrew. This is the first legitimately good episode with him. Episode 10 suffered from outsourcing and episode 6 lost a lot of appeal and value after they rehashing its plot device twice with 11 and 12.
