Keep being delusional. There's a reason why people use sexy, muscular guys to showcase underwear in magazines and yet, that's all you see. You don't have to have the "perfect" body to showcase some pieces of clothing but having the "ideal" body makes people more prompt to look at them. Anorexia is a much bigger problem for young girls than plastic surgery is and that's one of the reason why.
