I was bored during my school day and thought of the idea of a plant devil fruit but with a quick google search I found out Binz had one like that. So my plant idea quickly became a paramecia wood devil fruit. You would be able to be a defensive/offensive machine with it by molding the wood into various shapes and sharpening it at will.
Offensive uses
Being able to sharpen the wood into spears to quickly penetrate opponents
Can Capture people with a "wooden grip" and attack from there
Can create wooden puppets and have them be servants until destroyed (Like Cracker for example)
Defensive Uses
Can create wooden shields and Armour from it
You can take sunlight for healing
Being able to be fire resistant like a giant redwood sequoia
The amount of abilities you can come up with is crazy the further you delve into the research of trees. If possible we can incorporate leaves into the DF as well.
With Haki the DF becomes even more powerful

Since the majority of her pirate crew are her children, who wouldn't have been born then, she probably got into the Grand Line just using her devil fruit. She could probably make really strong homies, like gun/cannon/tank homies to do most of the combat for her, I guess she would've had Prometheus and Zeus back then too, and if she managed to scare her opponents she could then one-shot them by removing their souls.
