An interesting question would be what qualifies someone to be put into Tartarus? Overhaul is interesting because he's not a complete cartoon character and has a logical approach to things however he's still gonna get BTFO by Shiggy. In Magne's flashback it was said that people with common sense always laugh at those who don't have it and yet it's the people without common sense (like Deku and Shiggy for example) that stand out the most and truly have guts to go all in - balls in in everything they do (which we saw when Shiggy dived headfirst into USJ even when he thought All Might was going to be there)

To further elaborate, Overhaul's plan must be to take the 'power' away from heroes and then destabilize the hero society that caused his family to fall so far from grace and therefore restore his organization to power like crime syndicates are now. That being said it will also cause more criminal organizations to crop up and already existing ones to grow in power so it will be both very profitable and very risky (but also with high reward) for him to attempt which shows that he's a character that truly is aiming for the top just as Shiguraki is. The parallels between a villain with common sense vs a villain without common sense and the people that gather under them will be drawn in this arc and will an interesting clash of fates.

You know what I just can't stop thinking about. Mount lady could power the whole of japan off of her power alone.

We can see that her power allows her to transform whatever she's wearing as well to enormous sizes. She would just make neodymium (strong magnet) suit. Take an elevator to the top of an extremely large mile high copper tube, jump down it and transform herself. The current she would produce could at least power a city after doing that several times a day.

She would only have to make herself small again when she rides the elevator back up and before she hits the ground and she would be golden.

You know who could take out a Juggernaut character? Ochaco. Hell Ochaco and Deku team up she could float them and he could smash them flying without having to go plus ultra. Todoroki or Kaminari could probably roast them, don't matter how many muscles you got to electricity or fire. Grapes ironically would probably have been able to take muscular if he could hit him. I feel that if deku is on his own he'd be in trouble unless he's willing to break one of his legs to 100% kick the shit out of someone but then you're essentially immobile. Like said before in previous threads, killing a hero isn't enough to weaken hero society, if anything it empowers it (see how society and the media reacted to Water Hose's demise), they must show the world a weak hero fumbling around unable to accomplish what he's trying to do and then crush him in his fit of despair. This actually ties in strangely to Muscular's philosophy or rather perhaps this is an underlying philosophy of all 'evil' people. After all, heroes all throughout other comics and media talk about protecting the weak and such. Essentially 'evil' is believing you have to have the strength to back up your desires if you want to achieve them whereas good is protecting those who don't have the strength to chase their own desires.
