Shirou/Archer by comparison "hacks" the battle, since he has an ass-pull ability, but by the time he outgrows his idealism he's no longer above pulling cheap shots. (i.e. Archer *also* fights dirty).

Both are combat pragmatists and by the time he becomes an eirei Emiya has built up a pretty solid combat experience of his own.

Who would win? Would totally depend on who gets the upper hand *before* the battle through intelligence gathering and manipulation of the battlefield.

A true Hero of Justice disregards their morals and ideals for the greater good of everyone else.

Anyone who stands in the way is evil without exception. Anyone who questions the actions of the Hero and what they believe to be the greater good is evil without exception.

This is what it truly means to be a Hero of Justice.

You misunderstood what Goetia would have achieved. The value of life is in the knowing of mortality. Having never known mortality, Goetia was going to create a world of empty immortal beings.
