Misato? No. I think Gendo, Ritsuko, Asuka, and Misato are about in the same circle for me.
But I will say that I hate the characters I hate in Eva for very personal reasons, and that's part of what makes Eva so special to me.

I think that's how it tends to go, in terms of liking Shinji plus disliking Gendo, Asuka, and often others. I love Shinji to pieces, so it makes sense I hate a lot of the other characters.
Shitty parents/caretakers/adults in positions of authority offend my delicate sensibilities, meaning I want to throttle a lot of the adults in Eva, Gendo/Misato/Ritsuko being the big plagues for me.
