How does /a/ regard Beyblade? Was it a good anime, forgettable or terrible?
More like Gayblade LOL

The OST was rad.

It's typical Merchandise Shounen #5738. You shouldn't give a fuck about it now or ever. It's a fad and there's nothing worthwhile to be found in revisiting it.
I remember some kids playing with the toys in my school many years ago, I never got into it. Even as a kid I though it was fucking retarded

It's one of those anime you watched as a kid that makes you go this is awesome! and shit.
Pretty shit once you remove any and all nostalgia.
The sequels are actually pretty decent though

I'm still waiting for Beyblade Burst God subs. Hopefully it's better than its S1.

It's not a flaming tire-fire like cardcaptors was but it wasn't Medabots, which, honestly, out of the big three Nelvana Kodansha dubs, was easily the best.
It's telling the whole bit beast concept is some how less insane than the nonsense they tried to pull in the later shows, though.

Bayblade was for babies. Blazing Teens was for men https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7UJGvS-HII
