Because they tried to pump some more money from a poorly made second season, which just to throw an example had magical girl OVA for half an episode in the middle of the season. And nothing significant happened. So I guess they decided to call it quits when the second season wasn´t as popular cuz they figured 3rd season wouldn't make enough money

Yeah. The good part ended with Season 1, honestly. The author just kept introducing new girls he did nothing with. And fillers.

The ending was really rushed. All the girls dropped out like flies.

the worst part of s2 was the haru teasing and almost no delivery

Claus made this show work. When he and the Yakuza angle went away and became full blow romcom, it turned to shit.

a great anime, continue it on manga, happy ending. Still waiting for animation tho
