An hour later you realize you made a small mistake, a typo, and you go to fix it. In that time, sites like Mangafox take ripped the upload from Batoto, slapped their water mark on it, downgraded the quality, and uploaded it, with ads, onto their site. You go and fix the typo, but Mangafox, satisfied that it got the chapter up, doesn't check for updates. The typo will exist forever. The quality you spent so much time working on is degraded. And worst of all, someone else is making money off of your work. Work you gave away for free.
