GreatMazinkaiser is extactly what you think it is, and it can hold its own against Majin Mazinger Zero.

Not claiming that Mazinger is the strongest ever or that it could beat Demonbane, but the Mazinger Zero manga pushes it to extreme levels. Nothing is more absurd than what Getter Emperor could have been if Ark had a proper ending.

It isn't. In ZERO, there are no other robots beyond Mazinger properties within the universes. Kouji asked for people to imagine their own creations, which he then manifested via Photon Power. This was effective not because of fire power, but because ZERO hadn't adapted at all to these new creations.

Their existence contradicts the meta that they would have. Featherine is a fictional character. She's written into the story, written to be what she is, and so-on. Despite having some meta jurisdiction, she's still just a fictitious character at the end of the day, regardless of author intent.

Whose to say she would have authority over anything other than the contents of Umineko, especially when in regards to other series that have meta figures working behind the strings. Would she supersede the One Above All, or would the One Above All supersede Featherine? Would a story where the story is one of many calculations from a metaphysical program be a product of her creation, or would she be a creation of the program? Likewise going off of the previous point, if a character has the power to summon and control any fictional character, they would be able to summon those meta characters.

It's best to just view it as another way of saying "reality warping."

It is mentioned in Kishin Hishou that Kuzaku became "omnipotent and omniscient" while he was traveling through a stream of pure Azathoth. You can extrapolate from that Azathoth's own prowess from that alone.

Even then, omnipotence is often approached with a human mindset.
Our expectations for it are defined by our own understandings and definitions of what can and can't be done within the laws of causality. Further considering it's paradoxical nature, you have to wonder what worth there is in defining something as omnipotent while disavowing contradictions. If something's truly omnipotent, I suppose you couldn't even properly describe it.
