Kotominefags who think the intrigue involving him is enjoyable probably like HF for those reasons but that is honestly better done in the Fate route.

He's absolute shit in Fate. The very definition of a generic evil villain for the sake of having a villain, complete with the "muhahaha i killed your father" twist. It's not until HF that he becomes an actual character.
