The most memorable things to me about that arc are seeing some side characters of 1-A getting a bit of focus and Toga hiding as Kemi, I didn't really care for Inasa and the other schools kids.

Nighteye may be my favourite character from this current arc, he's got all the JUSTICE of all might wrapped up in an exterior of cold keikaku, but he cares for his allies and knows how to handle responsibility, he makes a great side character, hell I even like the Supernigger for the latter reasons. Quirks are combinations of the parents' quirks, they do not stack.

What does this mean for Todoroki? His quirk is simply ONE quirk, it just has the ability to create both ice and fire.

How it does this is probably a matter of plot convenience, but the jist of it would be that his heart works as the center of his body, and further you go away from it, the more drastic the maximum temperature he can create. Notice how he creates the attacks themselves with either from his palms / fingertips or from the soles of his feet. He can create flames and ice on his face, too, but they probably exist more to work the equilibrium of body temperature.

I just see a lot of similarities between this and HSDK, maybe it's just me. Hell, the story is even being narrated by an older Deku after he became the greatest superhero, just like how an older Kenichi was narrating his story as well in the future.
