I don't know about my opinion but there are the facts that CCA is a sequel of Zeta, that events from Zeta and ZZ are directly referenced in the movie, that the political situation is a direct continuation of the one introduced in Zeta, that the character relationships build on the ones established in Zeta and that it picks up themes that were brought up and left unconcluded in Zeta.
