Index is the most likely to win as things are. That being said, I still don't think she'll win. I think Touma will either die, accept a new world with new relationships, cease to exist, or become a god like figure. I seriously can't see him settling down into a normal life
Over the fairy's dead body
but actually, she's going to die
Kuroko Shirai is inside Mikoto Misaka and I'm not talking about teleportation.
One body? Likely in alternative dimensions which are proven possible but that's not even what I'm saying.
When they finally come together things I'll happen you can't even believe I can promise you that. Why do you think they're classified as best friends and lived in the same dorms? Why do you think Mikoto lets her touch her like she does and still remains her friend?
A: because she likes the sensation
B: because she's in love with Kuroko
C: because she's her best friend
Only one of these can be the right answer if you think about it.
Based on statistics C is usually the most common correct answer in tests. It sounds weird but it's actually true.
Is the answer B? Because I want it to be B.
Even if Mikoto gets the girlfriend label, she's still a loser. She'll never amount to what Othinus and Index amount to in his eyes. She'll know it too, because I dont see Touma being tactful enough to hide it.
>Misaka confesses to Touma, pours her fucking heart out at the iron bridge, Misaki has already left earlier, realizing she will never have him, conceding victory to Misaka
>Fireworks and snow up in this bitch as the midnight bell rings signalling Christmas
>Misaka finally calls out Touma's full name in the process as tears fall down from her eyes, her emotions overwhelming her.
>She smiles, finally able to open up her heart to the one she has loved for so long, and her eyes shimmer waiting for his response. She breathes anxiously, and the coldness of the air shows her breath clear in that perfect Christmas night
>Just Misaka and Touma alone, and he replies:
"I love Index."
Why the hell would a cunty little headcrab be more likely to win over Mikoto? I mean, I guess the amount of shit she gets away could be considered a sign of how he feels about her, but I just can't understand why someone whose only redeeming contribution to the relationship is saying some spells every once in a while would be someone you'd want to be together with romantically.
My life is getting busy. I'm in what some people would like to call an unofficial relationship.
Their relationship makes sense. Girls love guys who seem better than they are, get chased by loads of other girls, and mysteriously vanish all the time to do dangerous man business. She's completely devoted to chasing him and her intentions are pure. She's risked her life and freedom multiple times to help Touma without asking for anything in return. Worst case scenario she'll be the Veronica to Index's Betty at the end.
Girls don't always like guys who seem better than they are. A lot of people will date guys uglier than they are so that they can have the upper hand in the relationship but none of those rules even matter anon because this isn't actually accurate to anime.
Are you joking? They're the flagship couple. It's pretty damn obvious that Misaka-fags sell tons of copies.
That doesn't mean she'll win for sure but she's got the best chance.
No because characters in anime can actually love forever without getting bored of the other person unlike us real people. It's sad but true.
They're fictional constructs based on the writing model of "like reality unless noted otherwise". As abstractions, anime characters run the full gamut of every IRL behavior possible. Besides, real people can obviously love one another for life.
What do you think love is? It's a triad based on physical passion, emotional intimacy/familiarity/attachment, and pairbond. In old age love evolves into the quiet, accepting, almost spiritual union between two people who've been together so long that they've become one.
Mikoto seems like she'd make a good lover you could just sit in the same room with and feel at peace, yes she's a bit of a loner which isn't a bad thing because everyone needs space. She would let you be alone if you wanted, but would never let you feel lonely. Index would get really annoying very quickly.
You want to know how I can tell you don't read the series?
>I think at that point it becomes a friendship
If it wasn't a friendship to begin with, you fucked up at the start. True love is both romance and friendship, and that could last more than an eternity if it was possible. Isn't friendship just a form of love anyway? Also it really is important that your lifestyle is one you are content with doing together. The more time you spend together, the stronger your bond will be. Unfortunately that means it isn't really compatible with the normal modern life, but if you really loved someone you would be willing to give that up for something else.
Do you believe identical twins have souls? Do you believe that someone created on purpose has a soul? The circumstances of your birth would not affect whether or not you, the one person that you are, would have a soul if everyone else did. I mean, souls aren't actually real, but in Raildex they are.
Our group will be releasing English Chapter of The Accelerator-sama Chp 9 through 10.5 (Omake) soon.
We hope We will be bravely-translating completely on those Omake comments too...
I'm really stuck (blank) thinking about:
"Girl in the dress" Ability, since both Wiki practically 'confusing' me with 'their' assumption too:
"The Girl in the Dress" (Esper?) ability:
Measure Heart (心理定規メジャーハート) Shinri Jōgi (Mejā Hāto) lit. "Mind Ruler" an ability that allows her to regulate "the distance between people's hearts". Seemingly an application of Telepathy, it allows her to set herself at a certain "distance in the heart" with a target, allowing her to be either seemingly close in affection to her target or be distant from them.
所持する能力は『心理定規』。lit in English is " psychological ruler "?.
The fact We know She participate in Enjo-kōsai (援助交際) / "compensated dating for older man"
IMO soft-term about Girl-School Whore
So what is her "true ability" are
>some kind variations of Mental-out
or just because,
She is the most pretty girl in Kamachi Kazuma verse doing Enjo-kōsai???
(Deeply sorry for my English)
She said she doesn't do anything sexual with her clients though. Which makes sense because she can manipulate them with her power so that they can't have any sexual feelings towards her.
Like, if she sets it up so that they see her as a daughter or something like that.
As far as I understood it, she can basically pretend to be a person the victim has a relationship with, like making you feel like she has been your girlfriend for years or that she's your daughter without actually altering memories related to the relationship and the person. Like basically planting herself into an existing memory I guess.
You're delusional, the series will have either a Biribiri end or a reset end.
No other girl shares such a deep connection and understanding with Touma as her. They are literally made for each other.
It's good enough to make even Mugino back off, despite the fact that she could have turned around and tried to blast her with a meltdowner.
>skipping the entirety of Battle Royale
This is iffy, the frenda chapters and the following kuriba chapters might not be in order. Even if they didn't skip the battle royale, there's not really much reason for railgun to cover it.
Hmm so base on these I think her ability are:
>Psychological ruler (base on empathy) and not much be bind by opposite gender too?
I mean, She can make you feel kind/pity/sorry for her.....in psychological way?
It would seem similar at first with Misaki's ability what with the first two ability being the same characters but the latter two ones are different. Jougi means "Ruler" as in a literal ruler you use to measure stuff.
A more accurate translation would be "Mind Measurer" (like the english name), while Misaki's ability still pretty much means Mind Control.
I wanted to see how the Railgun girls reacted to Uiharu getting her face stomped in by Kakine. Through most of the series, it feels like the non-Misaka Railgun girls have been faced with Railgun-sized problems (they were all unconscious for 9/30) but Battle Royale is one of the first times where the darkness of Index really reaches up out of the gutters to fuck them. On the same note, I wanted to see how the Judgment reacted to Battle Royale (the light light side of the city dealing with overflowing darkness).
I almost forgot, but I remembered just now that what I actually wanted to see was precisely how Frenda died and what the last things Mugino and Frenda said to each other were.
The person who translated this in the novels translated it as "Measure Heart", which is as good a translation as anything else. She explains her power fully in Index 15 but the tl;dr of it is that she can choose the depths of your feelings towards her, friend, sister, lover, etc. The summary on the Index Wikia looks okay to me.
There are a lot of unanswered questions about what Frenda was up to for most of the battle royale, and it certainly would have been interesting to see in railgun. But you'd always have that whiny crowd who are never satisfied with anything and would call it filler.
What do you kamikotofags even expect to happen? Do you think after 40 volumes of not even a trace of romance Touma will suddenly fall in love with Mikoto? That Kamachi will lower himself to Naruto level and throw you a bone like Kishimoto did with sasusaku? Because at this point this is the best you can get.
It might be influence from the anime spilling over, but I always thought of Mugino and Frenda as having had a relationship not that different from Misaka and Kuroko - Frenda acts retarded, and Mugino beats her. In reality they are probably a bit more distant than that, but still. I'm a sucker for "character drama" more than plot and really did want to know precisely how Mugino's descent into full-on unhinged happened in real time.
>But you'd always have that whiny crowd who are never satisfied with anything and would call it filler.
I would rape them and nobody would ever find their corpses.
There's a new volume so it's expected. What I didn't expect is said threads lasting as long as they did, and the IP counts.
News! We hope We will have a leak of (Daioh May issue) at this Monday/Tuesday, 24/25 April 2017.
(*this retweet Drill-chan Mangaka (pic twitter) is not related)
Announcing Index 3 for the anniversary of Railgun makes about as much sense as the way they announced the HO anime. I don't think we should expect them to pull that kind of bullshit twice.
My money's more on something being announced with the release of NT 18, especially because the Nico livestreams seem to be building up to that date (assuming the second season gets streamed three weeks after the first like the last time this happened).
Who the fuck is this Othinus chick, I've watched all of railgun and index and I have no clue who this is, you bring her up like she's common knowledge but I've never seen her at all and I think I would remember a blonde girl in a Witches hat with an eye-patch thing. Where does she appear in the series?
She's deeper in the novels and it's too much to explain but she's an important character
>Mikoto confess and give Touma her Titanium wedding ring (in Hawaiian arc)
>before Touman could answer,
Aleister Crowley send his bad-ass-ultimate-curse on her
Kamachi: (Like OT23 to NT1) Wait for another 6 months) guys
Say what you want anon, it's a fun train wreck to be in.
fuck off OH&S I know it's you
Usually the 2nd or 3rd most popular Index girl according to Japan and a very important character in the story. She first appears in NT4 but is mentioned as far back as OT22's epilogue.
You are now aware that Index is only one of the multiple series that he is writing (including the storylines of multiple manga).
>Continues to bring in new manuscripts with no set deadline. Keeps doing it even when asked not to.
I come from the future
Index Season 3 will be announced during the 2017 fall fest. TsuchiAnon is instramental in bringing this about, believe in him. His current trail ends around the time Astral Body is released.
Mobile poster mysteriously disappears August 2017, then reappears in October. Some people think she actually died and someone else took her place. Anons periodically try to imitate her during this time, but it's obvious it isn't her.
Unlucky Star resumes late July. The first chapter starts out shaky, but he gets back into the swing of it by the time the second one comes out. He also starts reworking the Index RPG in secret.
Astral Body is misleading. I won't ruin the surprise, but it's quite shocking.
Railgun 3 is announced right after Index 3 airs. There is unexpectedly little amount of filler.
Kuroko will be princess carried again within the next year. There is also some light shed on Laura's place in everything.
I can't stay for much longer, but I will be back when I can.
Mugino is abusive as hell, but it gets played for laughs most of the time. They seemed like good enough friends, but Mugino seemed not to give much of a shit about Frenda potentially dying/gettin gcaptured by SCHOOL in vol 15.
After Touma goes through Aleister's Golden Miracle I don't think anybody will understand him anymore. Well except Crowley and maybe Aiwass.
>Continues writing even with the Norovirus.
>Norovirus infection is characterized by nausea, vomiting, watery diarrhea, abdominal pain, and in some cases, loss of taste.
>loss of taste

Maybe in the next world.
Because compared to Index and Othinus who are key to his life and came to him naturally to understand him the most Mikoto freaks out at the thought of not being just a another friend of the bunch to him.
I ignore people who post the frog images, but I bitch at people who ask for them. We're bad enough as is without resorting to begging for reaction images, especially /pol/-tier ones.
Shipping aside, I do hope Index is at least a little bit relevant in the next volume since we're in the endgame.
The only good headcrab is one with its teeth bashed out with a hammer, preferably also with its spinal cord smashed to the point where it is rendered a quadriplegic and can only consume fluids and issue pitiful cries as it spends every moment in perpetual agony, its exterior a reflection of Index's disgusting personality.
I never got this, we're dealing with Aleister now the guy foreshadowed to be an antagonist since the second volume. Who do you think will be the final boss? Laura? Magic gods? Vampires?
Aleister won't be beat in the first arc he's in. He can throw an entire kitchen's sink of things at Touma and we won't see them all within a couple volumes. Either Touma will team up with him and we see the consequences of that and the Aeon before seeing a true final boss or it turns out Crowley was rusing him and we get Crowley round 2.
Just because we're at Aleister doesn't necessarily mean we're anywhere near the final boss fight against Aleister. For all we know, this arc could end in his plan advancing to the next stage and causing some major change in the world, which then leads into a bunch of smaller arcs exploring that changed world before Aleister returns to the spotlight. That's enough material for several more years of novels before we actually reach endgame.
I never said anything about the endgame being 1 volume. The endgame could easily cover one long arc to signal the end of the series.
That could be fun. Though Touma would beat her pretty fast with all the shit he's been through.
I didn't say it would be one volume either, but that it wouldn't be one continuous arc. I don't think anyone really wants to see 4 volumes of Aleister just going through a shopping list of things he can throw at Touma.
10 volumes is the average for a major arc in the series, but NT will almost certainly end at NT27. But we've only scratched the surface of Thelema, and Kamachi's bound to add some twists to stuff, so I'm 100% certain that 10 volumes isn't enough for everything. And they'll likely go for a third series instead of going into the 30's.
Wait, why can't it be one longer than usual continuous arc? Surely kamachi can make an arc longer than 4 volumes, and there's lots of things that kamachi can throw in to wrap up the series before doing another sequel series down the line.
So, how did they do it?
Pineal gland manipulation?
The point is more that an arc of just Aleister throwing everything at Touma with no breaks would be pretty shit anon.
Not many people are going to be excited by Aleister going "Well you've managed to work around my Archetype Controller, now have a taste of Aiwass, now have a taste of the imaginary number district, of the Blasting Rod, of Kazakiri Fuse, of the Aeon of Horus, etc until he runs out of shit, or ignoring all the things he has at his disposal and losing early. Look how much focus was given to the AAA, it's better to make Aleister into an antagonist that will be fought over a period of time rather than just beat in one go. It would differentiate him from your basic villain of the week like Sherry Cromwell too if the cast is forced to retreat and think up new plans and come back to him later to deal with individual threats from him, rather than just burn through all he has with ease in one day.
OT was less than 4 months in total. A few more novels with one or two instances of Touma catching a break so that the timeline can jump forward and we'll get that far in NT as well.
>Aleister throwing everything at Touma with no breaks
I don't see that as happening in a single long arc. Why would he use all those resources one by one, one after another? We've already got Karma as a threat seemingly to distract or counter touma and crew, now touma is in the WB and about to learn Aleister's past, what's stopping Aleister from just trying to enact a part of his main plan in the next few volumes or so?
That's precisely my point anon. It would be dumb to just watch Aleister do these things to Touma one after another at light speed after we've spent so long with him going at it slowly. Rather than it still being the same arc with a volume of a break before something else happens though it would be something else entirely.
Would people even be satisfied with an S3? You'd just be waiting several years for S4/5/6/7/8/9/10 and nothing will have changed. Only way round it is if they decide to adapt everything using as many episodes as it takes.
3 cour S3 finishing OT would be fantastic, but even without we'd have battle royale and Terra animated which would be great as well.
Though if by satisfied you mean "no longer want anything else" then clearly not. Clearly we want the whole series animated, but I'd be satisfied to wait another few years for a S4 if we finished OT.
>Index is at least a little bit relevant in the next volume
Index will become relevant whenever Laura is dealt with or when Laura makes her move against Crowley. I don't see her being apart of Crowley's plans so she probably won't be relevant in the next few volumes which may be all about the guy.
Even if she were to have some relationship with Crowley like some people think, as a clone of his daughter or whatever, that won't just make her superimportant to his keikaku out of nowhere.
With that logic, there's no point to ever making any incomplete anime adaptation. Obviously we'll start crying for S4 the moment S3 finishes, but that doesn't mean we won't be happy that we got another season of content animated.
Touma can't leave her behind unguarded while trying to escape AC with Tsuchimikado and Fran, so she'll probably be around when Maika gets hit by Karma. And since Maika is her friend, that would actually give her some motivation to go to the windowless building as well. I'm not sure what she would do there and if Touma would even let her, but if she's going to play a role in this arc, that's probably how.
>Implying Index would still be a nun in the Pure World.
Pretty sure all the world's religions would suffer a lot of people leaving once there's no magic.
Sure, but this series is unique given how many volumes and spin-off material there is, and how long a gap there has been between seasons. There still loads of popular, important characters who have never been animated.
I forgot, can Laura control Index's movements with the controller? I thought it was just Pendex shenanigans. I can see Pendex activating out of nowhere at a crucial moment.
Touma has left her unguarded plenty of times though. He'll probably say that it would be more dangerous to bring her along or something like that.
Isn't her whole purpose to be the Index of the grimoires? There would literally be no point in staying with the church anymore. Especially after all the mind erasure and manipulation she suffered under.
She thinks she's a nun by choice. Unless the new Aeon includes a mind wipe or it's revealed she's been brainwashed into thinking she believes in god and wants to be a nun, which is a stretch, she'll still be a nun even if she isn't needed by Neccesarius. Not to mention you have no idea if magic will come back at some point so they're still not about to just toss her out. If there's a blackout do you just throw your computer out the window or do you wonder if maybe the power will come back?
>Touma has left her unguarded plenty of times though
Only temporarily. If the plan is to get away from Aleister by leaving Academy City, that means they can't go back as long as he's still there. Touma would probably say bringing her along is more dangerous if she wanted to go to the windowless building, but as long as it's about escaping AC and not coming back, leaving her behind would definitely conflict with his task to protect her.
Then again, he could just be sent back right away once Tsuchimikado and Fran have fled far enough to not need him as a shield anymore. He doesn't really have any reason to stay outside the city.
I don't know man, I see a world with no magic being the complete doom of Neccesarius and the faith in the church for the followers of Neccesarius. Without magic, everything just tumbles down for the magic side organizations. I see the end of Neccesarius as a souring experience for Index. Like, the only thing she really believed in failing along with the revelation of all the shit she went through for said organization. I can see her leaving the church completely after that.
The girl who won the Toumabowl in a single volume.
That lasted a couple billion years. If that is the level a girl has to reach to get out of his friendzone then winning the T is literally impossible for mortals.
That's the thing though, Touma has a whole faction behind his back, and a lot of the people fuck with him heavily. If he needs a couple million yen in reality he could get it in hours. He doesn't even have to get involved for things to go wrong either.
It has certainly been one hell of a ride. You can almost exactly pinpoint where Touma is starting to lose his soul.
Harems have really been a nonfactor with the exception of the meta discussion Touma had with a character that could basically just be described as anti-Touma.
Because Iam enyojing this series for ten years now and I'll be damned if it ends any time soon.
>Moina Mathers invites him to experience the same Golden Miracle that the immortal magician walked.
Oh, so that's why I keep seeing people mention a miracle of Aleister's.
It says Golden Path, not Miracle. 軌跡, not 奇跡.
Haha time for another mindbreaking session!
Touma confirmed for the Kwisatz Haderach
Pendex can only react to one thing at a time and will only attempt to use spells to counteract IB and not Touma himself. After all the shit he's been through, outmaneuvering her shouldn't be too difficult and he only needs to land one hit.
Touma literally can't. He needed help on OT1.
Even at her 1% Styil just could slow down his own death until Laura helped him.
He can't outmaneuver her if he can get close to her while she spams beams, wings and other shit he can't negate.
I've made a really shitty template if anyone wants to update it, I'm going to bed.
That was when he just tanked everything and didn't attempt to dodge or redirect. After the madness with Othinus' infinite arrow attack, I can't imagine him losing to Index's beam spam.
Except Othinus kept reviving him in loops so Touma could understand her patterns and despite that he still lost.
He can't get that with Index nor the experience acquired works on any other foe but Othinus like Kamachi said in afterwords. Fuck Kamachi.
He never saw the bow before and he did something similar against Birdway. If she decided to aim for him as a human instead of trying to overpower IB she has a much higher chance of winning, but other than that Pendex is just a bad match up against him.
There's nothing he can really do about Dragon's Breath, it's basically shot as fast as a laser is a giant beam, and he can't really divert his arm from it for even a second if he wants to live
The series would have died if he had been absent for longer, you hear that the nips really disliked the three MC thing Kamachi tried.
I agree it would have had more impact, and while the drunk scene was fun it seriously annoyed me how it skipped over what could've been great character development for Mikoto, Index, Touma and maybe even Tsuchimikado or some other characters. It was wasted.
You can't tell that. Kamachi made Index pull new toys with just 1% during WWIII so it's more likely he will make her pull more fucked up shit.
Kamachi isn't into repetitive fights and isn't like she hasn't learned how he usually fights.
I agree with you, Kamachi has passed up quite a few scenes which would've been great character development for gags. It's annoying, he could've made Mikoto realize how much he meant to her and make her nicer to him, sparing us from the waifuwars getting as bad as they have. Alternatively Touma could've gotten more reluctant to go saving people because of how his 'death' hurt the people around him.
The thing that annoys me the most is how important the Sisters are but how little screentime they get. Give me my Mikoto/Sisters bonding god damnit Kamachi.
I wonder if he does it to avoid writing certain people into a corner and not having them for a 'just in case' moment later on down the line. Just making them play it safe so he can use them in whatever comedy/serious bits he wants without having to adhere to strict restrictions if he would develop them quite a bit.
What? Fuck no.
Nips loved the 3 MC thing which is why WWIII is the most popular arc and reason why part of the fandom that isn't into NT that much leading thus to the decreasing sales.
Is John's Pen cognizant of what Index has seen? I thought it was just an automated defense? It's just hard to see something as mechanical as Pendex being able to stop Touma's precog fueled advance long enough to go down its checklist and generate an effective strategy before it gets one tapped. Of course she would give him hell trying to get to her, but he will eventually reach her. Also, I wasn't the one who said he would win pretty fast, but I still think he would definitely win eventually. I could easily be wrong but this is my assumption based on his first encounter with her and how he reacted to Fiamma using her spells.
Now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever seen Hamazura on those best male character lists. Do they really hate him? Is it because of the Shiageluck?
>11th Place in Best Male Character, Hamazura Shiage
That was 2011, so they didn't hate him during WW3.
Sounds like they're (Etzali and Mikoto) perfect for each other.
After months of fleeing at the sight of her. Touma clearly just gave up on trying to get away.
It accesses her memories of the grimoires for reference so it presumably can also reference anything else index has seen.
I can't recall who said what I'm remembering but the Magic Gods basically kept on constantly preventing world ending events from happening. It's possible that the reason the timeline is getting so packed now is that with the Magic Gods gone there's a very short countdown clock until a world ending incident.
Try reading 2ch's older threads. They were even talking about it in their last thread. They don't like the MC trio, when I say they however, I mean the faggots who like garbage akin to SAO where the MC must do everything.
Winging itwith Index III for sure
And even so she'll only appear to get BTFO by Itsuwa
>HP only said that it'd be bad for Touma's development, so it's likely he'd just get depressed and Ollerus was being dramatic to shut Silvia up.
>the magic gods who locked them self in another dimension to keep their powers in check, whose entire goal is to not interfere in the world, who didn't interfere even when Othinus blew out the universe
>those guys interfered this one time for something that would only lead to Touma being depressed a little
>those guys interfered this one time for something that would only lead to Touma being depressed a little
They love Touma, yes I imagine that they'd do something just for his sake when they're about to make him their judge. They literally say they're upset at Othinus getting too close to Touma
>he could've made Mikoto realize how much he meant to her
He did that long ago, her tantrums are merely signs of stress. How can you be so bad at reading?
>and make her nicer to him
Which wouldn't change a thing(except make Mikoto less realistic) because need to write Touma as an ungrateful cunt with Down syndrome.
Can agree with you on the rest though.
>If Mikoto was less of a cunt she'd be less realistic
If you say "believe in the memes" as your way of getting s3 to happen, then I can understand how this would actually end up happening.
And 14 year old girls don't. Especially in situations like hers, when you only encounter one failure after another. Now get out of your basement and get some reading comprehension.
Most people don't bare responsibility for mass murder.
I run a daycare, you'd be surprised most kids are better behaved than Misaka. Even if we assumed you were right though, since when do we read fiction, manga or anime for its realism? Should we tone down the cuteness of the girls because most people in real life aren't that attractive as well?
Damn, you sure showed me.
Oh boy, how will I ever recover from this?
with the power of memes it will happen
>most kids are better behaved than Misaka
I already told you what her situation is. And yes, we do read fiction for realism, not everyone is an escapist waifufag that can't accept characters having flaws. Anime alone is servicable enough for escapism with waifus to not bother with reading anything.
>should we tone down the cuteness
Mikoto is still cute enough though. No need to make her Rem-tier, that would be vomit inducing.
it could be othinus's long ass multi-billion year mindrape mess could have given him a massive ass resistance to this type of shit, most likely it will just make him seriously butthurt and proceed to shitstomp crowley and co.
>Mikoto is still cute
Sure anon, I was talking physical though, even then that's debatable. But you've already assured me that yes you would like characters to all be cunts like Index and Mikoto so I don't really need to hear any more. You can have character flaws besides being a bitch.
It is funny to see so many anons complaining about a character being a bitch when they act the exact same way here.
Maybe it reminds them how unlikeable they really are.
My problem with Mikoto is that she does these things entirely unprovoked. There's been like 3 times in the series where it sort of makes sense why she's being violent with Touma the rest of the time she just happens upon him and decides how he should live his life for him.
Putting aside whether or not I am also a cunt I generally leave others well enough alone if it's not affecting me.
No, retard, I would like characters to have actual flaws that act like debilitaions and have place to be there, EVEN if it's bad behavior, just like Mikoto but not Index or cunthinus.
>decides how he should live his life for her
FTFY, Mikoto is just attention whoring because Touma is the "only one" who doesn't treats her like the special snowflake she thought she was so she wants him to be part of his life by changing his life projecting privileges she doesn't even has because she is just a friend.
Stop bullying Misaka too. Right now.
>Index is the most likely to win as things are.
Is that why the author keeps pushing his Stiyl/Index OTP meme in every book he appears in? Index is going to end the same way Bleach did. The tattooed redheaded tryhard is going to get the girl.
>just wants to get family and friends back
>proceeds to destroy the world and torture a high schooler because why the fuck not
>gets forgiven easily despite doing nothing to redeem herself except making sad face
>waifufags with single digit IQ eat that up
Asuna is more relate-able than her.
>just wants to get family and friends back
>proceeds to destroy the world and torture a high schooler because it's not hers and she needs to do so to find hers
Sounds about right, the other things are just you disliking her and unrelated
Did you even read NT13? Touma feels more comfortable around Mikoto because she's nothing like Othinus or Index. They are filling his head with magic exposition when he just wants to go to school with his m8s and have bantz.
I'm sorry to inform you it is. How other characters act around her is unrelated to her character or if it's believable, it only changes whether the characters around her are believable.
So it's not a miracle but a path? Well that and the cover clinches it for me. Othinus and NT9 was simply a test run. Aleister and the cat girl will be the real deal. I'm positive Touma wont make it neatly out of this
I too look forward to what this does to what's left of his sanity. I don't even think magically condensing Othinus' scent into a liquid and pumping it directly into his veins would calm him down.
>magically condensing Othinus' scent into a liquid and pumping it directly into his veins
Is that what the tranquilizers are?
>Haruka, the adorable third sister and a nervous small animal of maid with glossy black hair worn short, would wildly strip off her apron dress the second her master was not looking. She would then don nothing more than a baggy track suit top over her naked body, lie on her bed with her legs innocently bared, and munch on potato chips (an economical family-sized bag of consommé flavor).
And when exactly is that? Oh well it doesn't matter, I got tired of waiting for season 3 and said fuck it and started reading the novels. The problem is I'm slow as fuck when it comes to reading novels.
How long on average do you think it should take me to read one volume?
>He thinks he can bully Mariydi "gas the masses" Whitewitch
>urchin gets that weird look in his eyes around NT10
>biri looks pissed/dere until OT16
>Clannad face on mah waifu for OT2
Their faces may reflect Kamachi's thoughts about this series. I'm willing to bet he was tired and somewhat sick of writing the Index LNs for a period of time, but he can't stop because 1) it's his most popular series with a tremendous following and 2) it has become too big in-verse to axe. There are many directions in which he can take the story and he realizes this, but the problem is that there are too many and he doesn't know where to go. That's why he immediately threw the Magic Gods into sepialand, because he knew he was opening another can of worms, and he wrote that Misaki backstory as a LN proper to buy time for reorganizing his thoughts. That's why he started the Accelerator manga, the idol manga, and now the drill-chan spinoff manga to blow off steam and/or expand on ideas he was no longer able to cram into the main LN series.
Kamisato arc was probably his way of giving closure to the mess from single-digit NT that culminated with Othinus becoming a fairy. With Mikoto+AAA, Tsuchimikado, and now Aleister's arc, I'm thinking Kamachi finally determined how he wanted to proceed.
