You are now aware that there is an entire generation on /a/ who have never used a floppy disk.
>>
Obviously it's a computer. It's funny how big they had to make them back in those days.
>>
>>156211326
How is that possible tho? Aren't we supposed to have at least 18 here?
>>

>When Optimus Prime "lost" his simulated duel with Megatron in the computer game Multi-World, he accepted the agreed-upon fate... his real body was destroyed. However, the human Ethan Zachary had copied Prime's entire personality and memories onto a single 5¼″ floppy disk. Later, Goldbug acquired the disk from Ethan Pretender to the Throne! and took it to Nebulos in the hopes that the planet that birthed the Headmasters and Targetmasters could build a body to house Optimus Prime's personality. The disk interfaced easily with the alien technology, and Powermaster Optimus Prime was born.

Incredible.

>>
>>156211516
Slightly

the fillers actually improved the adaption of the manga, so if you don't like the non-action parts, then drop it

Anon, I'm 22 and I've never used a floppy disk. Hell, I think I only learned what they were from a Magic Schoolbus episode.

The comics lore is better. There's a Decepticon who was mind raped into switching sexes.

See if you can copy a file to A:
>BTW: you need a HD floppy drive on your system

Your motherboard has the connector, you just need the cable with the twisted wires and the drive. It's really asinine for desktop computers to be made without one. Some basic diagnostics work off floppies.

That being said, I have collection of over 1,500 3.5 inch floppies, with images and stuff saved before I had access to a CD burner. Oddly enough, when I curated my digital collection, it took only 2 CD-Rs. And they still read today.

I'm 23 and still remember having to use them frequently for various US utilities on Windows 98 and XP. Granted, after USB sticks became cheaper nobody ever used them again, but I can't tell if you guys are weird or I'm weird.

I'm 26 and my only memory of actually "using" a floppy was when a teacher for typing class told us to buy one for class. We never used them so that's as close as I got.

Come on, does no one ever get curious and at least look up shit like "What is the save icon of?"
>>
>>156211389
Used them to save some /v/ shit when I was a younger little girl.
