Well I liked the fight very much, it was really unconventional and refreshing and I dig that. As for people claiming Hisoka got a power up we've yet to see how his nen thing plays out. I'd wager he's way weaker not with the amount of prosthetic he has on and shit. And the thing with nen becoming stronger after death, it's hard to tell how exactly does tat work, because Hisoka is obviously alive.

Maybe Togashi already has the entire script ready but he wants to draw everything himself.
Maybe when he dies he will pass his work to someone else and give him the script.
Or maybe he will burn it just before he dies because he's an asshole.

It's clear to me that Togashi is went on hiatus, or more like he absolutely NEEDED to go on hiatus to redo chapter 357 and some other earlier chapters to find some way to fit in an explanation on why Hisoka isn't a vegetable due to getting 100% brain damage from his brain not getting any oxygen for more than 5 minutes and then his body suddenly getting revived.

He needs alot of time to think about this and plan it out, then do the work necessary to fix this huge mistake he did, now that he realizes it.
