Your sleep schedule has more to do with when you eat than with when you've woken up.
Force yourself to get up early. Big breakfast at 6 or 7, bug lunch before 1, small dinner at 6. And no snacking after dinner.
Do that for 3 or 4 days, and you'll have a normal sleep schedule.

*light exposure (especially blue light) also effects your sleep schedule more than when you woke up
but, as with when you woke up, it's not /nearly/ as significant as when you eat

Pretty sure its just one guy, but learning all of this is taking a toll on me and I most likely won't be looking forward to anything Re:Zero related anytime soon. It'd be hard to set up a reason for them to fight, and it couldn't be particularly serious. Without a crazy and fairly complete reversal of everything built up so far she would never be trying to actually kill him and she knows she could do so easily. Rem's deal when she left off was that she would always be in support of him even if nobody else was, though I suppose since that's a 'I'm supporting what you really want to do/should be doing' you could potentially have her try and stop him if he goes really off the deep end somewhere or somehow. Unfortunately in situations like that the most common result would be him maiming or killing her to regain his senses since she wouldn't be seriously trying to kill him.

In day to day activities he doesn't have a lot to complain about, because she's so talented. what do you think is the common trend with authorities and blessings?

i believe authorities give you the power to affect others as if establishing their "authority" over them. while blessings are a power that affects the holder by giving him a "blessing".
examples of this in authorities

These are all individual, this doesn't affect the other people, only the blessed one.

blessings are like favors from the gods.
not everyone has a blessing, but blessings aren't super rare.
blessings give the user some kind of logical buff, they aren't super overpowered by themselves but one could have multiple ones.
the holder knows all their blessings and what they do.
Also, Reinhardt is a bullshit existence that gets any blessing he needs whenever he makes a mistake or something of the sort.

The anime didn't really go much into detail about any blessings except Crusch's, I think it sort of offhandedly mentioned Felt had one and Otto had one. The Windbreak Protection Ground Dragons have is a blessing and Priscilla was able to chuck Subaru across the room because of her Blessing. There were little short things that were mostly silly, but explained a bit about Blessings. You can see Reinhard's Protection from Arrows in his fight against Elsa as her knife just curves around him when she threw it at him, and I guess technically his various blessings were keeping him from being hit. The triplets have a blessing that links their stamina together that really never came up and I'm not sure if Rem and Ram's twin connection is considered a blessing or not.
