We don't have enough cute girls doing cute things shows free from fanservice. Anime is generally either shounen, cute girls, hentai, or DEEP. Most DEEP shows are full of shit, and exceptions such as Lain are few and far between. Shounen is usually targeted toward a younger audience. Cute girls are being overly sexualized, which is bad. Hentai is getting more plot, which is good. Eventually the latter two will converge and anime will be great again.
