Reverse Gender Bender.

The universe has "Heroes" people who become ability users. Things like strength, psychic, speed, etc. Kinda like Marvel Mutants, their powers awaken randomly, and they can't control if they become a hero or not. Normal humans can drawn on Mana to be more like wizards and spell casters. Being a "Hero" with an ability cuts off your connection to Mana, a trade off for the ability. Heroes and casters are regulated and overseen by government. The government isn't too intrusive about it, and just wants to protect people. They protect peoples identities if they become a hero, because they know their families can get attacked.

The MC is 17 year old girl who becomes a Hero. Her hero power is OP. She's got strength, speed, regeneration, flight, basically a superman. However, to use her ability, she transforms into a Macho Alpha AF man.

She has a male friend, and it's quite obvious that they like each other, and that during the course of the show they do become a couple and start dating. But problems arise because of her being a hero. Only her, her bf, and the government know about her secret.
There's internal conflict in the MC, because she likes being a hero and starts to have a gender crisis. While transformed she's all Male, thinks like a male n what not, but as her normal self she acts all girly, and likes being cute, and doing girly things.

To end the show, she finds out that her hero power is basically killing her normal self ( why shes so OP). However, if her normal self were to die, she would then live on as OP Hero man, not able to transform back to her old self. She has to make the choice between staying and living a life with her love and boyfriend, or making a greater sacrifice by letting her old life literally die so she'd live on as one of the greatest heroes.

There's also a female hero that gets close to MCs Alpha AF hero identity. Kinda love triangleish. Female hero likes and is attracted to MCs hero form.

Because she wants to keep saving people without losing her bf, MC starts training to become strong without her powers. She encounters a villain she defeated in the past who agrees to help her with her goals. After losing to MC, the villain decided to give up and become a monk instead. As time past his spirituality and patience was so great even the elders at the temple would bow first before him. That was only on the outside, inside the villain was putting up a facade, desperately trying to overcome his hate. His hate for MC for crushing his dreams for a new world. When the villain overhears MC talking about trying to be strong without being OP the villain begs her to let him train her. There is no way to beat OP, no matter what the villain could think of, OP will always win. But if the MC were to be strong without OP and never use her powers, OP would technically be killed by his hands. When people change, their old self dies. That is the villain's reasoning.
Using gadgets he makes along with physical training, MC trains to be strong enough to protect the people in front of her. There will be some times where it looks bleak and MC will still have to transform but as she grows stronger it'll happen less and less.
In the end she discovers her sense of self will continue to deteriorate without using her power as well. Using her ability just quickened the process. By age 18, MC will be completely consumed by OP. The nemesis is her boyfriend in the future. He went back in time so she could at least die in her normal form, even if it's by his hands.

There'd be a young wizard, just graduated from the academy who wants to find a way to free spells. The wizards are pretty traditional in the sense that they bind spells to tomes and then learn these spells from them. Once a spell is learned the person who learned the spell does not need the use of the tome.

The MC of this one would start out wanting to learn how to free these spells from the tomes. He feels bad that these spells just get read, used, and then are trapped in the tome. He's (could be a she, doesn't really matter) kinda an outsider/ odd ball thinker. After doing research on magic history and what not, he learns there is a rumored tome that has the power to create such a spell to release magic from the tomes.

To find the tome, he needs to break into government library, so he becomes a criminal and heroes start to go after him. Once he finally gets a little breathing room to read the tome, it turns out that the tome is a portal to a parallel universe.

He enters the portal thinking that there will be a way to free the spells, but instead ends up in a world where there are Heroes, wizards, aliens, and people that are made of magic. The people made from magic are an near extinct species . And the galaxy he's transported to is in a perpetual war. The war is waged by people from this universe, and outsiders, like MC who come for great power. He then goes on to study and befriend the people of this world. He blends in because everyone thinks he's just a wizard, until his magic runs out.

That's when he gets approached by one of the people made from magic. They discover that he's not actually from this universe, and they attempt to help return him to his world. He then goes on a galaxy wide adventure (kinda like One Piece where he picks up crew members but only 4, so 5 total 4+MC) to find the same tome, or a power great enough to bring him back to his dimension. His party consists of him, his magic person guide/ helper, female dragonoid lady with scales, tail, claws, but with a humanoid body, another mage, and an android/ hero.

The magic people have unusually long life spans, and the reason they were going extinct is because they were being hunted by people like the MC, who came from other universes to find the source of their power and wield it for themselves(reason for the war). It's later revealed that these magic people are actually Stars in the galaxy, hence their long life. In the end the only way to get back to his universe is for MC's magical guide to sacrifice himself, creating an explosion AKA black hole that would send MC back to his dimension. The death of this magical person is the death of a species because he was actually the only one left. So the death returns MC, and stops the galactic war. There are still stars in the this universe, but they aren't sentient

An Alternate Universe UC era Mobile Suit Gundam.

Basically it takes place after the end of Mobile Suit Gundam so the history and lore is pretty much the same save for one major difference: Zeon won the One Year War.

Basically the premise is that before the Battle of A Baoa Qu, Gihren Zabi anticipated that Kyciala would try to avenge Degwin so he killed her and covered up her death as a war casualty. This boosts Zeon's morale in wanting to avenge Kycilia and Degwin, and Zeon wins the Battle of A Baoa Qu and eventually forces the Earth Federation to surrender.

What we see is basically Mobile Suit Gundam meets The Man in the High Castle where former EFSF soldiers lead by Bright Noa are plotting to overthrow Gihren, who controls both Earth and the Sides as a ruthless dictator. Bright establishes a pact with Anaheim Electronics to utilize two prototype Gundams in the fight against Zeon. Amuro returns as the main protagonist and is forced to fight alongside Io Fleming from Gundam Thunderbolt. The two don't get along at all, but are forced to work together in the fight against Zeon.

Meanwhile, Char is promoted to General of Zeon's army for his heroism at A Baoa Qu, yet is secretly plotting a coup de tat against Gihren to get his revenge on him and reclaim his rightful place as Zeon Zum Deikun's heir.

Sayla returns as Amuro's love interest. Other characters return like Kai Shiden, Mirai Yashima, Hayato, Frau, Kamille, Four Murasame, Judeau, Puru, Kou Uraki, Haman Karn, Shiro Amada and Daryl Lorenz.

A cute girl in her late teens early twenties works as a pharmacist straight out of pharmacy school. Wacky adventures ensue as she learns the ropes working at a real pharmacy.

A series of stories about murder and lust, narrated by a drunk dude to the bartender who let him stay beyond closing time because of his interesting stories.

There are 10 short stories, in 4 of them the drunk dude is the mc. He is actually a twisted psychopath who polish his wicked art by observing other murderers he tracked down in his bloody career.

He is quite smug, logical and a complete bastard. He is likeable because he is actually quite the gentleman and funny guy. He tells the stories with such an elegance that gives an aura of beauty to death.

The bar tender is a creepy guy with an eyepatch and quite kind. He tells his story as well which involves cannibalism and luxury.

Anime starts with an old man who's history is like that of a main character
He is retired now and the show mainly revolves around him training his 3 new young proteges to become the new main characters
The show is mostly feels good and slice of life and everyone has a deep emotional bond until the apprentices start becoming young adults.
The anime turns into a romance where two of the boys try to get the attention of a girl and they constantly fight and learning new techniques, nearly killing each other in the process.
All the while the 3rd guy is becoming much stronger than the other two and hanging out with the old man, he is mainly brushed aside from the story and only ever talks about duty and using his powers for justice when he is on screen.
At the end of the second arc the 3rd guy kills his master(the old man) in an epic battle, one befitting the most powerful characters in their universe.
The two guys fighting over the girl try to avenge their master but are defeated.
Then the girl they have been fighting over all this time is killed by the 3rd guy to show them how pathetic they have become.
He then goes off to save the world "How he sees fit."

War in the Pocket's cast would be a little difficult to include in prominent roles. Perhaps they would have minor roles or cameos. Shiro and Aina would probably only appear in a cameo too since their story is over. My idea for Daryl is that he would be retired from combat and hailed as a war hero from Zeon, but Gihren Zabi would use his story as propaganda for his own ambitions. Daryl would also be suffering from severe PTSD, depression, and alcoholism from the events of the beginning of Thunderbolt.

In a generic fantasy world, a dragon that loves humans has been obsessed with getting to the real world for over six hundred years ever since a manga was dimensionally shunted into the fantasy world he lives in. In his quest to get there, he becomes a wizard and eventually makes a one-way journey to Japan. Upon arrival, he makes a new lair near a small town and begins trying to mesh with the people by using shapeshifting magic to take on human form.

Shenanigans ensue as he shapeshifts into a human and enters high school and picks up a part-time job. For added fun, he uses magic to try and make everything work when things are going south, but half the time he goes way overboard and potentially ends up making the problem worse. All of this happens while he is trying to understand the new world and get more manga.

Stoic edgy ex-hitman james bond-ish guy gets hired to go around the world and kidnap a bunch of people with mutant powers for some sinister research lab.

Turns out there are others like him too and story will focus on the MC fighting the other guys to the death rather than the mutants themselves.

The villains will try to exploit the MC morally, emotionally, and psychologically. MC will get surprised by each villian's gimmicks but will still end up winning every time because he's a twisted psycho with no humanity or morals.

Later on, his own nature and personality will bite him in the ass by getting the people close to him killed. Throughout the series, he gains more humanity and became progressively reluctant to kill. At the end, after the people he worked for failed to get rid of him as a loose end, he comes into terms with himself and realizes that he is a force of nature, a physical embodiment of destruction, death in a suit; everyone he will come into contact with will die and the only thing he was ever good at is destroying things, and so he gives up on being human. He ends up goin on a boss rush, killing all his associates, destroys the research lab and frees all the mutants at the cost of his life. A mutant asks why he did this, and rather than explain that he was betrayed, he goes on to blabber about a shooting star motif and how he wanted to go out with a bang with his last words being "I enjoyed killing, it was fun. I would go on this adventure around the world again, if I had the chance."

All right well how about this? MC originally had a twin brother that was a miscarriage. That's why she's only an only child. However, her parents told her that her brother would always be watching over her from Heaven. Because of this, MC would always be talking to herself as if she was talking to her brother. Turns out her brother had incredible psychic powers and was able to implant his conscious into her when he died. MC was talking to her brother but never raised any red flags because her parents told her he's watching over her. When MC watched superhero shows as a kid, she would tell him that superheroes can do anything. Eventually her brother's powers began to fizzle out and her memories of him vanished.
MC's brother wasn't gone though. He implanted himself into his sister because of how badly he wanted to live. Not when he was about to die again, he remembered her sister's words, "superheros can do anything." He maintained his sense of self by repeating catchphrases heroes said. Once MC reached age 10, her "hidden powers" awoken. What was originally just a small increase to her strength became the transformation into the superhero form her brother wanted to become. Every time she transforms her brother wakes up in a battle trance of pure heroism. He's not fully aware of what's going on, only that he is a hero that must save everyone.
The more MC used her power, the more her brother "woke up." Eventually his desire to survive was rekindled and he tries to take over his sister. He'll scream over and over in his head how badly he doesn't want to die every time she refuses to transform and belittles her constantly. However, MC's brother isn't a human being, he is now just a bunch of psychic energy just trying to survive. He doesn't even understand what he's saying, he just reads her mind.
I'm really trying to make it darker, but I don't want it to become corny. This is honestly as far as I can take this story without making it feel forced.

Genre: Comedy/Romance

A brother and a sister move to Akihabara because of family reasons. The brother is a 3rd year and the sister is a 1st year, both in high school. While looking for a club to join, the brother gets convinced by a boy and a girl to join the anime club. They try to trick him to no avail and then just end up begging him since they need 5 members for the club to be official and one of their members just moved out. As he enters the club, he notices his sister is in there. looking pissed with a guy and a girl.

Turns out, those 2 are the other club members, and they just tricked the sister into joining the anime club (which surprises the brother ,since the tricks the club members were using were pretty dumb). Not being able to change clubs, the brother and sister are now doomed to be part of the anime club which now has 6 members.

Once the members of the anime club realize their new members are brother and sister, they try to hook them up into an incest relationship just like it happens in their chinese cartoons, setting them up into cliche romantic situations that most of the time turn out awkward or go unoticed by the siblings.

Not only that, but everytime they go somewhere in Akihabara (stores, restaurants, theaters, anything) random people also try to hook them up, because most people in Akihabara are weebs into incest or just think they are a couple roleplaying as siblings.

Homeward Bound, but in the post apocalypse, and the trio try to take care of a 4 year old child.

At the end when her brother takes over MC completely, her bf goes inside her mind to save her. He has to go though past versions of MC to reach her brother. When he finally reaches her brother, he gets demolished. Her brother's psychic power is estimated to be the greatest in the world. There's no way he can win in his mind.
But they're in MC's mind, she thinks her bf is the greatest in the world. So literally, through the power of love he overcomes her brother and saves her.
But after MC wakes up her bf is still unconscious. Her bf could not return to his body. For every part of brother he destroyed, he lost a part of himself. Neither her brother or her bf's mind is left. The sun rises and MC see her brother and her bf walking away. MC yells at them because she doesn't know what to do now. They turn around and say it'll be fine since heroes can do anything. Then they vanished dramatically in the sunrise.
I'm sorry now it's just a bittersweet ending. I read a lot of grimdark stuff but for some reason I just don't know how to make this premise like them. Maybe the government sends out an attack force of heroes to do questionable things? Though if this were to ever happen I guarantee it would take decades for the government to do something concrete about heroes other than "let them dish it out in private." Democracies are really slow when it comes to getting stuff done.

They try to tip police off but they won't be taken seriously without any evidence. Getting closer to the date of the kidnapping, they stupidly decided to get involved themselves and try to warn the girl on her way to school. She gets creeped out and runs the rest of the way to the school. Seeing no other choice, the two guys "kidnap" her themselves.

They're almost instantly on the news with a warrant for their arrest. No one will believe they kidnapped this girl for her own sake. Even more, they are being followed by some extremely shady looking guys.

And beings a story where two normal guys gets caught up with the law, the underworld, and the innocence of a young girl who was thrown into the middle of this mess.

A boy falls in love with a girl.

Can I just give you my idea for a character in your average highschool SoL/Harem?
A crazy American mormon who is just extremely American, son of mormon who moved to Japan to preach. Friend of MC, often very loud, always eating hamburgers, smokes, drinks coffee, and does other things mormons aren't allowed to do, but if that's pointed out, he suddenly isn't doing them, anymore. If it's harem, and MC doesn't pick harem end, Mormon will constantly criticise him. Also, he needs to sing American songs often, and shed just one tear for each.
That would just crack me up. Especially if he was actually voiced by an American with a terrible American accent when speaking Japanese.

A monster collecting battle anime like Pokemon but instead of monsters they use memes

The MC will have his harem of 4 tsundere girls. He will be unaware that any of them like him. Thanks to the fact that tsunderes tend to attack their beloved ones, our MC will believe that they hate him. During the second episode the MC will hang himself as he will believe that it's better for him to be gone since everyone hates him anyways.
From the third episode onwards there will be flashbacks with the stories of how the girls met the MC or how they fell for him (some kind of their daydreaming while they are in school). At the start of a every episode, one of the girls disappears from school. The teacher always comments it as they fell ill thanks to the flu which is spreading at that point.
At the end of the 10th episode, none of the girls are in school anymore. The last episodes are showing what actually happened to the girls.
One of them digs out the MC from his grave and sends a part of his body to a hospital for DNA tests. This will result in the hospital reporting her to the police and her being put in prison for a while.
The second girl will visit the grave the following day, finding out that the coffin is open and the body is gone. She'll believe that the MC dug himself out and that he has been wrongly confirmed dead. Afterwards she'll join a cult praying for his return.
The third one tries to cut her wrists in a karaoke bar (as a hotel is too expensive), but since the rooms are being monitored, one of the personnel will see what's happening and rush to stop her. She'll fall in love with that guy and skips school for a few days staying at a hotel which the dude paid for.
The fourth one will actually have caught the flu.

MC reincarnates everytime he dies and remembers everything of his past life.
However, for having that power all of his lifes will always end in tragedy. And he will many times see the result of his past life in his next one.
The big point would be character development, where the MC will try to change his ways during every life, hell, he'll even start as uber asshole, and during this journey he'll change multiple times trying to find what life wants of him, and why he's in this eternal cycle of reincarnation and tragedy.
Try to make the total lifes be 22 so you can throw in the majo arcana symbolism and make the story end with the MC achieving the buddism equivalent of enlightment where he finally manages to escape the cycle of reincarnation through acceptance
