I totally agree that VS2 and Innocent are the most likely possibilities out of things that we might actually be able to predict, but the track record suggests that totally unforeseeable options may be even more likely. So everyone just try to keep your expectations in check for another three weeks until we see what, if anything, comes out of the Vivid Party.

She's an ancient Belkan king. Her country took a similar path to Olivie's, but instead of implants, her body itself was modified to create zombie-like servants called the Mariage that can move independently and self-destruct on defeat like a very large bomb. They are particularly dangerous because there is no upper limit on their numbers.

Before the events of SSX, she was in a stasis-like coma of some kind. She was brought out by some villain and her zombie factory mode was turned back on. Eventually she awoke and managed to disable it again, but put herself in back a coma.

After some time, she created a tiny version of herself that could fly around and do stuff, but couldn't speak. The tiny Ixy made it clear that she could sense her surroundings and such. By the time of VS, she had awoken fully.

Note that Ixy's own powers as a mage are unconnected to her zombie factory abilities. She is a traditional cleric - extremely traditional, as she is over a thousand years old.
