That's my default assumption for anything worth reading.

What I don't understand is why almost none of the stuff for which he's the original author has been scanlated since Milk Closet. Only the alien cat oneshot has been done in the last 10 years, as far as I know.

Akune(was never released as a separate vol), Enchantland(digital only, chapter count limited) and Alien 9 Next(doujin) raws are hard to get. We're left with Propeller Heaven and Yumihari.
