Biggest problem is that it is anime. There wont be any grand strategy as average otaku is too dumb for that. Instead we get clear cut baddies, mary sue MC and other shit that accompanies anime. Also, thats why they wont even portray realities of life during that period, it will put people off

Their games only get good after loads of DLC are slapped on, most costing about half the price of a triple A title. If you pirate then it's just a matter of patience but if you actually buy these games then you can either make a paradox game playable, or buy like four other games.

This is why the best paradox games are still Victoria 2, HOI III and DH: they're solid games with three expansion packs max that have great mods.
