Of course not, her quirk has to do with light refraction, which means the UV radiation never penetrates and causes damage to the skin cells.

A better question is, Are her body's byproducts also invisible? I'd say yes, as her hair is invisible, and I don't think we've seen her sweat floating in the air (at least not except for comedic effect like a reaction to something).

So theoretically she could lift things to infinity if that could be handled.

I think it does affect mutations, too, but in different ways. Hagakure's quirk is to refract light, after all, not invisibility per se. Froppy would probably become more Froggier, who knows what that would make her. In reality though, it's fiction, and having powers based on an animal is extremely dubious anyway, to be honest.
