A century ago the dead began to rise due to a necromancer and humanity went into an interregnum. With the death of old civilization new civilization, societies and cultures arose mostly resembling that of medieval feudalism. They decide to use her powers on an Undead to try and probe the Necromancer's location as anyone who actually manages to kill the sorcerer will receive anything they want, fame, fortune, women, lands, titles, etc. Together they set off to peruse their goals.

Upcoming novelist, Nero, is having trouble writing out his novel as he continually runs into writers block. Trying his best to write a story without any writing cliches such as Mary Sues, Dues Ex Machinas, Plot Armor, and so on, he gets frustrated running into wall after wall. He asks the locals where he's at only for them to tell him he's in Grelwar, a town he himself created in his novel. Now aware, he first basks in the world that he created, but realizes there's only so much to explore as he hasn't fleshed out this world due to his constant writers block. So he sets off to find out how to return to his own land, but discovers that if he tries to go out of bounds of what he's created, that a strange force rewinds him a few moments back to prevent him from doing so. Feeling as though he is now trapped, Nero starts to panic, and wishes the MC of the story were there to guide the way. And just as he finished this thought comes the MC of this world, asking for help for their adventure to save the kingdom from an awakened evil on the other side of the continent. Nero now understands that the only way he can go anywhere in this world is if he himself progresses the storyline. So he sets forth on this adventure, thinking at first he can use his story progression ability to make it a cakewalk, but as he tries to bullshit crazy scenarios that would otherwise be seen as bad writing, they are immediately reversed and undone, basically forcing him to make the story he had longed for, and he was in it for the long run.

As the population of japan diminishes to its lowest point, the government decides to invest in new technology that would prevent this crisis; Sex robots! After years of development, these robots can change body shape, appearance and even gender. They would have multiple relationships with the humans, both man and woman, multiple marriages and they can potentially restore reproduction by transferring seeds between their partners. That's the sole purpose of being a sex robot and as the MC created to fulfill this vocation, he must not be ineffective when handling a relationship/marriage for both sexes or else face termination.

That's the premise, as the series goes on, MC realizes that he can only know so much regards to dating, great sex, parenting rather than the aspects of life/ethics/politics/economics/social/etc. Eventually, MC comes to an understanding to these things after experiencing with their partners, learning about them and how should the MC resolve to it. At a pivotal point, MC faces so many problems that needs to be addressed or he became beyond ambivalent that he's doesn't know what to do with all the drama and stress.

There are a lot of details into this but it's too much to write it so I think you get the idea and how the ending will be (a tragic one but hey, that's life).

Autistic edgelord (the sort who writes shitty fanfics) gets hit by truck-kun and wakes up in a hut with a few elves at his bedside. One of them, a cute pointy-eared girl, puts in a lot of effort into helping him recover. He soon learns that he has been somehow isekai'd in a generic fantasy realm - so generic that even MC-kun has to lampshade it. He expects to get some sort of mysterious power to solve all problems of that world, because "that's how it goes in all good light novels", but he soon finds out that not only does he not have any, but he also still has to recover from the wounds caused by his accident. He's not a fucking special snowflake, and he can't stand it. Autism ensues. MC-kun starts acting as if his actions don't have consequences, picks fights with random people for the slightest of reasons such as people looking at him funny, although he usually gets bailed by elf-chan before he can get his ass handed to him. Elf-chan sort of takes responsibility for him and tries to teach him stuff about this new world, although at times she looks just as clueless as MC-kun. He even wonders if she got isekai'd as well - "but that could never be, I mean, she's an elf, isn't she?"

After a couple of weeks, he starts noticing all sorts of details that look out of place, or maybe remind him of something else - e.g. he catches himself thinking that the design of his bed looks uncannily modern. He keeps trying to figure out what sort of problems ail that world, but he starts having the impression that people don't want him to get involved. After the umpteenth bout of autism, he has a physical confrontation with elf-chan and tries to punch her, only to be stopped by her "Yamete, oniichan!"

Turns out he was never isekai'd at all. He "just" suffered severe brain damage due to a hemorrage-induced stroke, and he was extremely lucky to have gotten away with it with psychosis and delusions, but no real long-term physical consequences. When he woke up, his imouto didn't even realise what had happened at first - she only thought he'd lost his memory. When she realised, all she could do was ask the doctors for antipsychotic drugs, hoping that MC-kun's condition would slowly get better with time, and he started responding to his medications even faster than she - or the doctors, for that matter - could ever expect or even hope. Yokatta!

At first MC-kun can't bring himself to believe this story. He convinces himself that it's all a fucking conspiracy by the demon lord of these lands, who is trying to keep him from becoming the hero this land needs, so he runs away. Only when he sees another fucking truck-kun in the middle of the street - and he almost gets run over again - can he face the truth.

The ending shows MC-kun trying to come to terms with the fact that his perceptions of reality are unreliable as fuck, although the drugs do help a ton with that.

Setting is sort of cyberpunk/dystopian. Lots of poverty and crime. MC is a lolicon in his late 20s. Because of his lolicon-ness he is self-destructive and sees no future for himself, working as an underground cage fighter. However, he is diagnosed with a degenerative illness, and given less than a year to live.

In his despair, he visits a child prostitute, but can't go through with it. While the girl is changing (she's around 10 and the female lead of the show), he leaves the money on the bed and bolts out. Luck would have it that he runs into her by chance a few days later, and they become friends. He then learns that she's being pimped by her older brother, a thug who he recognizes as a rival from his cage-fighting days. He also learns that the main girl has a little sister, who she hopes to protect from the same fate as her.

So, the story is about the MC struggling to protect the main girl and her sister from their abusive, pimp older brother. Add to that the fact that his health is failing and he doesn't have much time, but the main girl sees him as the only hope for her and her sister. How long can he keep his condition a secret from her, and how will she react when she finds out?

An experiment wakes up in a post apocalyptic world, a humanoid, blonde haired, green eyed woman, she soon discovers that a magical force is stopping her from dying as she is assaulted by strange people.
They are people deemed unsuitable to live in the mage's society, some of them live lives on the outskirts of society, some act like rebels and attack the mage's society.
Combat mages come in and defeat the raiders, aware of her sentience they try to shut her down so that the experiment can be continued properly, but she manages to escape by unsealing her true form, that of a terrifying monster.
After she reseals herself into a humanoid form she meets a raider in a more casual way, she is trained in combat and utilising her magic, but she gets sick of being told what she should live her life for, and then the second wave of the apocalypse occurs, scarring the face of the earth, the world starts to seem a little more dead as raiders try and find ways to cultivate food again, and magicians desperately seek new forms of magic to grow food
