If you want real answers and no "the one I like" then it would be Iida's costume, it protects hims as well as I'm sure it also allows him to have some orange juice there for combustible and also intimidates a little. Then we have Bakugou, whose grenade arms are sueful to make bigger explosions with acumulated sweat, Aoyama has this thing on his belly, Jirou has speakers on her body, and finally Hagakure, who just can pull off her gloves and shoes and go full invisibility.
And, with the last modifications, then even Midoriya and Kaminari can fit on the top of usability. Ojiro's costume would be a good mention too, allowing him to use all his judo techniques, I guess.


Then we have the other face, costumes that doesn't make any sense, like Yaoyorozu's and Kirishima's, that will break if they go extreme with their quirk.

And, finally, the rest, who are just costumes that fit right enought to move without breaking them like regular clothes would.

Their colors aren't as clear cut as ours. They say blue (aoi) for green traffic lights instead of green (midori).

Fight against Todoroki was probably the most excessive thing he has done with it (Muscular was at least an actual emergency), because it was simply to help a friend... in a very dramatic way, when in reality he could've solved it in a LOT of better ways.

Personally, I like the madman meme because sheds light to what Deku truly is. He is self-sacrificing to a fault, much much much more so than your average shonen protag. It might even be an actual psychological issue, much like Bakugo's superiority complex is (he doesn't just get mad, we saw that when he totally BSOD:d when Deku beat him for the first time).

Well I was mad too, but I think Deku was at a disadvantage because he hadn't really trained his shoot style that much. Deku still put up a good fight against Bakugou, was able to read a lot of his moves and counter them. I would think in the long run that Deku will have more power-ups than Bakugou so by the end Deku will probably destroy Bakugou.
