Sub is almost exclusively better.
There are exceptions like the Panty and Stucking that hav excellent english voice work and BNHA should have a good dub as well.

But other then that it's 95% sure that the dub is gonna suck dick is you aren't daft.

The only english anime dubs worth watching are Cromartie and Cowboy Bebop. Outside of those, there are NO acceptable dubs. Do not be fooled by your friend who says things like how the JoJo dubs are good because the characters now speak with accents, for your friend is an irredeemable plebeian.
