Why is Red such a SHIT?
Watching stuff doesnt mean its good. I am also watching like 15 shows but the only reason I havent dropped half is because I havent seen 4-5 episodes yet, so I cant just call them shit after 2 episodes.
>Red goes into her creator's world
>her creator hasn't had inspiration to continue the LN.
That means BL has been in hiatus because Hiroe is living the dream drinking and partying with Revy.
The absolute madman.
Think about it, he barged in here to save Red seemingly of his own accord.
He's not just looking for a scrap, he's doing the "pretend to not be a good guy while totally being a good guy" thing. Probably just couldn't stand by and watch a damsel in distress
Post your crackpot theories
>Chuunihime is MC's sister's character and in her world there is a character who looks just like the MC.
And they're lovers
Fatalpulse doujinshi characters come to life, what fucking do, borf
I can't wait for him to kick mamikas ass.
No, Pink wasn't listening to anything and Hime wanted her to start terrorizing the normal world to get their ways. She wouldn't listen to them anyways because of how she was written.
>the pics with MC are fanart on piclive
He's just another character
>You think anyone would still like their creator or you if you were an ugly duckling?
if I had a dollar for every woman that found me unattractive, women will eventually find me attractive.
Right here, all cute and romantic.
I just want to point out that Red had no frame of reference to assume that Mamika's costume-change was an act of aggression, but acted like it was one anyways.
She was just looking for a fight and thought she could bully a teenage girl.
So why exactly was Fate:Zero so popular and overall hyped but this is mostly ignored by normalfag communities like MAL? Seems pretty damn weird. Is this sort of show what appeals a lot to these people? Was there some fucked up promotion tour in Japan that made people think of this show of being bad before it aired or something?
FUCK OFF RED
YOU ARE SUCH A SHIT NOBODY EVEN REMEMBERS YOUR STUPID NAME
Probably not. It will be a 'ride' on the level that Aldnoah Zero was a 'ride'
The threads will be more entertaining than the show itself, but the hype and the shitposting will both be forced to a painful degree as people start to realize this is an unspectacular throwaway series with weak writing that ultimately goes nowhere.
I bet his series isn't actually that edgy. I bet it's fujoshit written by a woman and all the edge is just threats and inconsequential violence being overblown.
Lancer will come from the series that's actually edgy as fuck written by someone who takes it completely seriously.
>FSN already had cult following in Japan
>not much advertising
>not on crunchyroll for western idiots
RARE cute pic of Hime without hat
The raid finished before you knew it had even begun. This is an occupation.
>want to add a mecha
>have countless shows, universes and franchises to pick from
>choose Aldanoah Zero
Whoever is responsible for this should get shot.
Okay okay, this is going to sound crazy, but here me out guys. What if, what fucking if, I have sex with an anime character, and she gets pregnant? Would it be half-2D half-3D? Would we wind up with a society of miscegenated 2.5D bug-eyed moe happas? What if I'm the creator too? Is my child now an inseparable part of my creation? What if it goes back? Do I have to write my child into my own story? What if I, the creator, go back into my own world with my family?
Mamika needs to be pre-emptively eliminated. She's too dangerous to be allowed to live.
Looking forward to the mecha pilot trap. He looks fun.
I'm currently watching 27 shows, while being in medical school doing 14.5 units, and labwork on sundays. Fucking why is this season so good.
Red is a fucking idiot, yeah.
She had Mamika all calmed down and could start to reason with her, and instead she slashed the shit outta her (or tried to). Mamika was in the right to nuke such an ugly savage.
>She's too dangerous to be allowed to live.
Woah there, don't go around saying that kind of stuff. She needs to die because she violated the NAP, not because she's dangerous. Dangerous people are alright.
This fight made zero sense. Red didn't even tell her "no you're wrong" she just said she wanted to get to know her creator first and then Pink loses it. And then Red has these cool but meaningless one liners and Purple saves her ass, also for no fucking reason. There are neat ideas but the execution is awful.
You exist because we allow it and you will cease to resist because we demand it.
First episode was weak and meandered a lot, clearly wasting time because it wanted to avoid exposition it planned to dump later.
The second episode had a strong finish but weak start as it spewed meta-jokes in rapid succession almost out of obligation.
The show is already showing stress-fractures of weak scenario planning and poor attention-to-detail, it will likely sputter to a dissatisfactory pace after another couple episodes and rely on the occasional cheap twist to keep audiences interested until it limps over an uninteresting finish line.
>your waifu will never send you an email asking to meet you
>she won't attach a cute awkward photo of her as proof
Mamika probably followed the classic slice-of-life comedy model and figured that hitting Red with a power attack would result in a slapstick moment where everyone becomes closer.
Its only painful if you had a social life. I've abandoned all hope for the next year until my internship begins.
Sunday lab is genomics, so I am doing genetical research there. My major is Histotechnology though.
MC's sister stole MC's character designs and heavily modified them to create her own work. She killed herself over the guilt of stealing from him. Chuuni recognizes MC as her original creator even if he no longer recognizes her.
also, she totally has cat ears under the hat
Red ins't retarded, anyone with a brain would see what she was trying to do. She acknowledges that they won't understand and changes her equipment.
Even then, regardless of whenever Red knew or not, it doesn't change the fact that Mamika transformed with the intention of initiating a conflict.
This is exactly what her type of character is supposed to do, don't be dumb.
Yeah nah mate I'll fucking kill you if you fuck with me.
That's actually pretty neat.
Damn, that would actually be amazing.
I could imagine him being totally jaded to the whole thing and being like "oh look, another alternate universe, whatever, this one has no dragons"
I imagine that once Mamika has been properly exposed to all the R-rated filth her world forbade, she'll either go full Sayaka or quickly fall to the dark side and become an unrepentant magical degenerate.
I like to imagine a morally degraded Mamika using her magic to play out some of the more sickening doujin plots for real
No it doesn't.
>Magical girl doesn't make sense
She is from a childrens show where she solves everything with violence.
Mamiko: You are wrong change your ways villain.
Villain: No, fuck off.
Mamiko: I am gonna beat you and show you the wrong of your ways.
proceeds to brutally beat the villain
Villain: I realize the wrong of my ways, thank you for saving me.
Even though I'm usually a fan of Sawano's music, it was employed really badly in today's episode. In the scene towards the end where Mamika and Red are basically just having a tense conversation there is a loud lyrical track playing over them. Really odd juxtaposition.
Reminder that Hime is right, and the moral of the story is that you can't judge people because they look like a villain.
>the middle east is the enemy goyim
>don't pay attention the obvious signs that you're being manipulated by rich, old fucks
The middle east would destroy itself without help, the interference of first world countries is merely another meaningless distraction from the real problems. You know, the whole trading freedom for security from a perceived threat thing.
We might see how stupid it is but the show is taking itself completely seriously. It's not camp or stylish like wonderful train wrecks of the past, they sit around info dumping over their stills and trying to explain their messy logic. Once introductions are over, our laughs at best are going to come out of nonsense death monologues or QUALITY combat cuts.
Prepare for Aldnoah anon.
I'm perfectly ok with this.
>learns about the harsh realities of the world outside her PG13 kid's show
>Decides that every non-kid's show is too violent and filthy to be tolerated
>makes it her mission to hunt down the creator's of everyone else's series and censor them to be kid-friendly.
Make it happen, Mamika. Befriend the world with force.
>some girl in cosplay claims to be the actual waifu you wrote and wants to meet
Is there any reason not to stick your dick in this kinky bitch?
Are you trying to make the shitposters commit sudoku or something? The only reason they live is because they believe they can retroactively diminish other people's experienced fun.
Would you still be able to be friends with your 2D waifu if she became a rea-juu 3D slut?
Chuunihime is from future mango that MC made.
His cockpit looks neat too.
That could've been fucking great actually. He finally returns to his world, only to find out it isn't and his version of Earth was always fictional. He can't get back to either life he's settled in and everything he's done and struggled for has been meaningless. He'd be jaded and unstable.
And he'd probably be powerful because of isekai bullshit Gary Stu protagonists.
The pictures on the computer at the very end of the OP include a cat girl. His creation is going to be a seperaate character that shows up at the end of the series. He'll probably have to finish writing her story in order to bring her to life and save the day.
There's a few interesting frames early in the OP
You know what else is scary? Being a magical powerhouse taken from a world with an E rating for kids.
Imagine that shit: everyone is so kind and understanding, the mean ones are just bullies that can be won over by the power of friendship.
Everyone loves you and you can do no wrong, in fact your powers do zero collateral damage and even when you use them against the bad guys every week, there's no blood and they don't really hurt.
Nobody dies from fighting and everyone can be happy together once they "see reason". Everything is sunshine and rainbows and pure healing 2D.
Now imagine finding yourself in the real world with your same powers; every kid still loves you and there are plenty of bad guys to bring to justice, only, your powers now destroy the environment, the debris might and will hurt bystanders, there's blood, people hurt, YOU bleed, people actually die, and unlike your world, people are actually willing to fucking die and murder their way out of the fight, not even counting the way darker crimes you'd be exposed to that would make the biggest evil in your world look like a fucking joke.
You literally cannot comprehend this
Being not Meguca is suffering, it's suffering because she was taken from her inoffensive world to the world of piss and shit the gods of pleasure call theirs.
of course not.
Why do you think he went to meet her?
It must be amazing being the famous author of a popular series with a large female following. Those folk must get offers from crazy cosplay groupies daily.
Imagine what it would be like to be with someone dressed as a character you made. Like, holy shit.
I definitely see different scenery in there.
Remake to please who? The ones she sides with? Why, because she thinks her side is right?
Conflict is unavoidable. Hime's goal is naive, or maybe she doesn't care and just wants things to go her way.
>He already died in that timeline by the time she came to be in the real world
>goes back into the past to change that and brings all these super powered characters he knows to change that future.
Eh, I think Aldnoah had its "wild ride" moments,
episode 12, Slaine killing Saaz, stupid princess drama, the last episodes when everything came crashing downthe problem is that Earth side story was boring trash.
Re:Creators depends on how much Hiroe is involved, they say on the website that the project was picked up while Aoki was still working on Aldnoah so they had plenty of time to work the story out, it's been 2 years.
The fact that the Black Lagoon guy is behind this gives me some hope (I just want lots of camp), infodumping stills are just what Aoki does. But yeah, if it does end up being shit at least the threads will be fun.
She's like a human meeting Cthulhu. Her brain simply can't handle the complexity of our reality. She might go insane or at the very least become too real to return to her shallow world of pascal colors and sunshine.
>I know you'll never love me or my body but I'll assume the guise and persona of someone else and we can just drown in delusional depravity while we pretend
It's the fucking best.
It's nice that she still thinks her world is "bad".
>write a character who can write more characters
This could escalate quickly
>he doesn't have a single picture that he spams on a board
Chuuni is best girl and did nothing wrong.
A shounen protagnoist is brought into the real world and has the power of asspulls that think up of different asspulls to help him asspull out of the situation via an asspull.
how much of an asspull will this be.
>reason with her
Mamika would have flipped out later, and over and over, until she realized Red's point: >>155941382
I like the idea that different characters will (understandably) have different values depending on their world.
>catgirls used to be super big but went out of style
>MC has an 'old' drawing of an unfinished catgirl design
>show about finding motivation to be a creator and put your work out there into the real world
>MC will complete his design and bring catgirls back
Re-Creators predicted Kemono Friends
>MC's sister creates Chuuni and her world
>MC's sister sudokus
>Chuuni's world is kill
>MC stops writing/drawing out of grief over his sister
>Chuuni creates elaborate plan to get MC to start creating again in order to get him to recreate her world.
>Mamika gets mindbroken and becomes Snow White 2.0
You're on on your train home when this upset lady blocks your path, what do?
I'm actually okay with Hime's ridiculous dialogue, I feel like it's a necessary part of the plot. Her design and role makes it obvious she's supposed to represent those chuuni villains that take themselves seriously, she's obviously trying to set up a grandiose plan, and it makes sense to me that she'd want to dump this long exposition in story.
What really bothers me is like, Meteora's explanation of things that we really don't need to bother with. Or how still Selejia is talking to anyone ever. Or how heavy handed they handled Mamika and Selejia's contrast to each other. I feel like half of the show is going to be characters arguing with each other over their individual world views that just don't apply to one another at all.
>she's retarded because she's written to be retarded
Doesn't make it okay, and this is only an assumption because we barely know anything about her world or character yet. Within this episode, the fight had poor reasoning. It's like it just happened for the sake of filling a quota.
>Show Mamika Hitler's speeches
>Convince her the Jews are bullies and don't want to be friends.
Thus begins the second pink colored shoah
I have no love for muslims, but the jews and other people controlling and manipulating things are a much bigger threat. It's like the difference between a gang of rapists and an alien invasion. You can't afford to deal with the rapists before you take out the aliens, see what I mean?
>Spurdo comes to life
What happens next?
>Get transported off your boat into our world
>Pick a fight with the wrong character
>Gets sent to Mamika's happy sunshine child-friendly world
>Is mistaken by villain of that world as Mamika's replacement
>Attempts to foil him through slapstick comedy villain routine
>notGuts brutally dismembers him and puts his head on a pike.
So Chuuni isn't from Red's world, but was fighting Red in her world when MC was watching the show on his iPad before he was sucked into the world. That implies she can either modify other worlds like a creator, or it was a performance ment just for the MC
I fucking loved this episode.
>Meteora presenting both hypotheses that /a/ had already been theorising about - their worlds being either parallel universes somehow perfectly described or the actual creations of the creators
>the acknowledgement of the possibility that the in-universe real world is actually fictional as well
>Mamika being a retard that keeps instinctively nuking her opponent even after learning that her world has dumb logic and that shit actually hurts outside her world
This show is answering age-old questions we had. It wants to be the anime of anime, and it's doing really well so far.
She is a Chuuni, first meeting with Red and she fights her. Spouts lines like: "If I win ,then let me have my way with you." "Is that what I should say?".
She is clearly not sure how to interact with people. Actually she might have read manga/anime and copies lines from them.
>starting the new ep
>suddenly the ED rolls after waht felt like 2 minutes
you know a show is good when this stuff happens
This is how Lucifer dresses.
Basically 22 episodes of misunderstandings. Ultimately there should be no reason Selesia and Mamika can't befriend each other just as she did with Meteora but we need to force a conflict.
"Where's that baka creator of mine and why didn't he finish my story yet?"
Maybe we're all background characters in a series written by a sadistic creator?
She's freakishly tall, maybe that's why.
She actually hasn't gotten much in the way of talking lines or characterization yet. Ch2 stole the show in episode 1 while episode 2 was 50% Atelier girl infodumping and 50% Maniacal Mamika
She is Artoria
so who's going to be the best character?
Travis cutdown is already the best
So MC either has plot-amnesia about creating chuuni hime, or he's going to snap and create her in his "I don't want to pilot the robot" phase and then write her out of his story when he gets won over by the power of friendship.
You mean the "let's do something about our worlds side" instead of the "I don't trust that girl, so let's do nothing but pick fights side"?
But we already live in a world were spurdos exist
The sound director involved with this anime (who was also Aldnoah.Zero's sound director too) doesn't seem to know how to handle Sawano's music to the best potential. My main problem with his sound direction is that he overuses Sawano's vocal songs and sometimes doesn't use some of Sawano's OST tracks at all. Besides that, he's okay with the sound I guess.
That guy sure loves his curfew, sure enjoys his checkpoints and irregular search by armed guards, absolutely adores restriction on internet use and having everything filtered!
Sorry, I meant "what I want". Martial Law is the very thing that allows the jews to take control. I don't want to be controlled, not by jews, aliens, or the fearfulness of the mob.
He's an Otaku. If someone started bringing characters from last season, 80% of /a/ would recognize them
There must be an actual reason the MC is there, but I don't think it's that one.
They'd hit someone expecting things to just work out, then get utterly mindfucked when, surprise surprise, people get really pissed off because some bitch called them a baka and clubbed them over the head.
Lancer and Mamika are going to be good friends, I can tell.
You dumb nigger, if you have the chance to make it exist you might as well take it. It's only by the laws of our universe that peace cannot exist. And that's more because of human nature than anything else.
I liked that they're taking the meta thing head-on instead of beating around the bush with it.
The little monologue where they mocked flowery metaphors was great stuff. You can really feel the whole 'writers taking the piss about writing' aspect of the show, which is exactly what I wanted out of it.
Hime's side is the correct side because she is on it, regardless of her beliefs.
He used a very jewish tactic though, he implanted fear into his peoples minds so that they would give up their freedom. The jews are only one of the many kinds of people who want to control individuals.
What tactical purpose does this provide in combat?
Why are girls with sharkteeth so arousing?
>Unpopular girl in her world, ignored by all the boys
>Gets isekai'd into modern Japan
>Is immediately showered in money and affection by legions of perverted NEETs who will pay money just to lick her feet.
>Goes and visits creator out of frustration and says, "No matter how you look at it it's your guys fault I'm so popular!"
Between a TVrip and a Webrip?
Of course Amazon looks better.
Using the author's leftover notes, Zero no Tsukaima was brought back.
What does that actually mean to the original? Does it actually carry over because it's still the same plot, follows the same story and same intentions?
Or does it not factor because it just isn't the same creator writing it?
Does it split into two worlds because of that? Where one is the original unfinished and the other is just the last few volumes so there's huge fucking chunks of memories and experiences missing from these characters?
So many questions.
...Do you not know how bad Wiemar Germany was anon? They had child pedophilia, sodomy, brothels, and every other hedonistic thing at the time. Secular jews caused a civil war after world war 1 for a communist state. It's wasn't just fear that made them give up their freedom.
This show makes me wish Yotsuba got isekai'd into our world. I want to protect and cherish my daughteru!
You are not a friend of justice, and are mankind's enemy. Die.
Their laws and human nature are practically the same, the difference is that they have an omnipotent creator who can actively change things. Even between worlds they can still relate and come to an agreement, because they are based on the same thing.
It can't exist, that's the point. Persuading the creator into changing things to suit her opinion would leave the opposing side unsatisfied, unless you'd do some hack shit like conveniently changing everybody's feelings just because.
Who even knows if she's the "good guy"? Maybe she's the villain of her story, you don't know.
Unstitchable, she moves her hand halfway through it.
You can have two unbroken parts though.
>unless you'd do some hack shit like conveniently changing everybody's feelings just because.
And this way it could exist. I'm not arguing for whether it's right or wrong, just it's possibility.
No. She asked her to finish what she started only, not that her reasoning was flawed(which it obviously was). She didn't call her out for initiating the fight by transforming despite the fact that Selesia did not reject her ideas completely. She simply wanted more time to know the creator. At no point does she say her reasoning or agreement with Hime was inherently flawed, she herself said she has criticisms of her story.
That's exactly what she looks like, if she were from something like Goblin Slayer her armor would be dented and look worn and dirty. She's wearing the stereotypical ornamental golden armor high fantasy paladins use.
