Dunno about her making any grand impact on her life, but she kinda articulates my anxieties and issues with socializing as well as my anger towards religion. It was really comforting seeing someone come up with a character like this.
That might make me a bitter fedora (if not a sociopath), but if everyone else is entitled to bitch and fucking whine about entirely self-inflicted misery, all while lying, stealing, and fucking around on their spouses (assuming they marry at all instead of just fucking anything until they're 40 and "coming to Jesus" when they're too old, broke, fat and ugly to do it anymore), I'm entitled to be a little pissy about it all.
