The main issues I see are that the eyes are a little bit crossed (I can't tell where they're supposed to be looking), and the arms are too short in comparison to the rest of the body (but they look good, so I'l shorten the legs so that the knees are visible).

Don't worry about your lines being messy per se, what's more important is the flow of your drawing and that they connect. For example, her hair looks fine but that little area where her hand touches her jawline could use some clarity.
