Kado has terrible CG, tons of padding and is pretty boring from what I watched so far. Not even the extra ep can save the show from such a terrible first impression.
Meanwhile ID-0 unironically has the best first ep so far and this is coming from guy that hate 3D CG and instant dropped berserk movie in the first 5mins. 2017 is such a weird year, we might be looking at 2CG anime being AOTS in back 2 back season.

Kado was interesting and had potential + the CG was decent.
ID-0 had one of the worst first episodes, characters feel flat but the premise is interesting and can go a lot of ways.

The action scenes were badly directed(It looked like none of the drones were actually aiming at the main characters, the lasers were simply in the background).
The mech designes are also some of the worst I have ever seen, another issue are the characters, I didn't care about them at all.

Just watched Ani ni Tsukeru (the show based on the chinese web manga),
was surprisingly decent, Amamiya did a good job as the litte sister.

I don't know what sort of complex actions you expected from drone bots of all things. Why should it be difficult for a custom vehicle to evade their shots? That's an entirely standard way to handle them. They were more of a small obstacle than any sort of real threat.

I disagree about the mecha designs. Some of them are unorthodox, but they are pretty expressive in terms of limbs and poses . It's way too early to feel much about the characters, yet I did feel a little sympathy for Maya being abandoned like that.

I wouldn't call properly aiming a complex action the drones just shot randomly in the air, the main characters didn't even need to dodge 99% of the shoots they simply missed. You could have done the same scene with four"stronger" drones instead of 200, allowing the creation of a much better action scene.

From Yamato to Gundam, you'll always find a few scenes like that, whenever the main characters or their ships are being shot at and the script doesn't call for them to be hit. It doesn't even register as an issue for me, but I accept it might be more of a deal for you.

Given all that, I'd say the first episode was fine and I appreciated other parts of it. Hopefully you'll find more stuff that's to your liking later.

Tsuki ga kirei is ok, a little bit on the slow side. Some people had issues with product placement (Line and Coca Cola) and the crowds are in bad CG, but overall it is a decent show.

Sasuga PA Works. I really like it. Horrible official translation.

My favorite of this season. And that art. It looks superduperawesome. Character design is even better (like from last decade which is a huge advantage for me). Good translation.

2nd episode was really interesting. I hope that it won't be episodic. Acceptable translation. But shortened names (like Soma instead Souma are fuckin annoying).

Really interesting start. I love character design. 3DCG on mechanisms is not bothering me too much. Acceptable translation for now.

3DCG is killing me, feel, what is wrong with you. All your pervious works were great. Good official translation.

After nice 1st episode with great animation, we have 2nd one with horrible drop of quality and 3DCG. Seems to be episodic, which is not any good. Average translation.

Looks generic, but characters are likeable. Nice art. Fansubs are OK too.

Most of these sound like shit. Around mid-June I'm going to grab a case of Lime-flavored beer and finish Uchouten Kazoku season one. Then I'll watch season 2. But the rest of this stuff doesn't sound like any fun sober or drunk.
