The adaption is quite fine so far, mostly some nitpicks or minute details are what's bothering me.

For example this scene.
In the LN she said that she was afraid of the person who saved her and that she wants to thank him properly. They obviously also mention that she was overall terrified, but the anime covered only the overall part.

Having rules don't mean you can't have spells that can be useful for agriculture and technology. It's the limitations that are important.
If Rokudenashi only has "elemental" and "military" magic, then it's understandable that the effect on agriculture would be non-existent. That's one example of a possible limitation.
