Probably. Kawaki isn't the final opponent, he's likely not even the big bad of his own arc. He's the Pain/Obito, not the Madara/Kaguya.
I predict that Naruto will end up in the bijuu mindscape to escape death and Sasuke will be stranded in an alternate dimension without his Rinnegan.
That seems about right. Who knows if it'll still be a shinobi village though. Bort'll kill Kawaki though. No clue if he'll win the overall struggle though. He seems pretty accepting of the shinobi world ending.

I think one of the main conflicts of the series will be shinobi vs. non-shinobi. The whole civilian world might go to war against the ninja, using the scientific ninja tools created by Katasuke to fight back. Novels have already revealed the instance of drugs to simulate bijuu mode, and Orochimaru's up to all kinds of freaky science experiments.

Kyuubi is literally the only reason Naruto could make so many clones without fucking dying. I think the theme for Team Konohamaru is hidden abilities. Salad has the Sharingan, Mitsuki has Sage Mode, and Bort has the curse seal and eye. If the writing was better/I wasn't so used to the female characters getting shafted on any real attention, I'd wonder about this.

Sakura's relationship with Naruto aside, you almost never see her interacting with Hinata. Hell, she spends more time with Temari - a foreign ninja she didn't grow up with - than she does Hinata. Hinata, in general, seems super secluded versus InoSakuTema, who are shown repeatedly to be close friends, and to actively spend time together.
