For anyone who cares this is the summary of the story.
An autistic boy who fell in love with the homecoming queen because their houses were next to each-other finds out she is dating the star football player. He spergs out and then fucks off to the woods for a few years. Then for some reason in the woods he comes into his retard strength and nobody can deal with him. Then he comes back out and (shocker) has trouble communicating with women because of his autism and also rejection phobia. He goes around saving girls and confessing to them and each one has for some reason fallen in love with him but either hesitates or has circumstances where they can't say yes right away so he runs off crying like a bitch. This happens multiple times throughout the series.

Also the bad guy steals a baby dragon from the MC and just leaves it at a health spa far away for no goddamn reason just so that the hero has some reason to go somewhere so that his harem can't catch up to him.
