Was he right about destiny?
>>155604030
No if he was right then he would still be alive right now
>>155604030
>"destiny is what controls our future!"
>"no!!! you can choose what you want!"
>naruto then discovers he is destined to become a ninja god and has no other future possible

Neji died protecting Hinata the main branch family. But because he did it of his own volition it was not destiny but his will to do so.
As far as the Naruto series is concerned, yes destiny is all that matters, he is 100% correct. No amount of hard work overcomes genetics or plot armor. All you need is eye hax or senju dna

At least he protects Hima-chan now
>>155604445
Fuck off Neji you're dead now and nobody cares about you're beliefs
>>155604030
No the Naruto approved history books tells us that Neji was wrong
>There was no such thing as a child of prophesy Jiraya just trained Naruto because he showed him a pervy jutsu
>Madara was manipulated by black Zetsu all along and didn't actually cause any deaths
>Obito was the coolest guy who never laid a finger on the fourth or his wife that was all the black Zetsu doing
>Mitsuki was the one behind black Zetsu
>Sasuke and Naruto just decided to have a small spar after they defeated Mitsuki and Black Zetsu
>Orochimaru didn't commit any sort of crimes
>Neji was wrong and Naruto did everything because hard work
If the history books say that he was wrong then who am I to argue otherwise?
>>155604030
Well you can say he was destined to die in the end
>>155604445
>But because he did it of his own volition it was not destiny but his will to do so
False actually, it was always his destiny to do that. Will is an illusion
>>155604652
But Neji was wrong, naruto didn't do any hard work. He had nine tails and was the reincarnation of the alien ninja jesus's son
>>155604030
No. Moonman's branch house exterminated the main house
Yes he was right. In the end he sacrificed himself to save Hinata because it was his destiny as a branch family, his "free will" gave him the illusion of doing so of his own volition. His sacrifice would later lead to the birth of Boruto, who is destined to save the ninja world himself and bring the Hyuga to new heights.

No, otherwise Sasuke would be dead
