I have absolutely no proper idea of how to parse the second line here. Apparently, one of the words there is a rare, archaic term for "staying in a place" which has some root in old 'art of war' and 'swordsmanship' crap - like about a blade being "traveling" while in motion; you know the sort. Nontranslatable, so I'm just telling you this.
