This is coolest scene I have ever read in manga.

Keikaishi is unironically one of the best shounen ever
>>155535302
So true.
Keikaishi was really cool.
Got a little clusterfucky around the end though.
>>155535436
did the ending get rushed? like it was literally building up this story (from how i remember it, it was like 6yrs ago though), then the next day it was like "the end"
>>155535774
That's what it felt like.
There was some ploot stuff happening with his brother and the organisation and the wind tribe dude.
Then suddenly: Hey I'm your mom, go befriend that child.
Ok good the end.
>>155535874
so much potential. really good characters despite being your runofthemill shounen on paper
>>155535302
Shame about the anime
This reminds me, how's Birdmen?
>>155535237
It's a shame the girl spent the entire manga on the rag without ever redeeming herself.
Worth reading?
>>155537997
it was worth following, but like said earlier, i remember the ending being disappointing

Meine Kokoro.
I wish Shonens would stop baiting people with "Hey look at this cool chick, she's gonna be the MC's partner" and then just have the MC completely outclass her to the point all she can do is make that generic MC win pose and be useless. I hated it here and I hated it in Twin Star Exorcists, never again.

shaman king did the female MC well
>>155538192
She did nothing but get knocked up
>>155538148
Twin Star is still levelling her up, though. She's been pretty instrumental in all the fights thus far, and is now going through some weirdo demon training that will undoubtedly put her on a high enough level to hit those deep levels of hell with him. I'm diggin it

>shaman king did something well
Huh?

I liked how his brother was morally ambiguous in the way he played political games in the supernatural world. I was somewhat let down that he didn't turn out to be a minor antagonist at the end. It felt like his pragmatism was fated to clash with the MC's optimism but it never happened. The character Takayama from Birdmen is portrayed the same way and I hope it's not just gonna be teasing again.

Great.
>>155537615
I liked the anime, actually.
>>155538833
I agree, but it was still pretty satisfying seeing Masamori's whole broody I-have-to-do-this attitude get shat on near the end.
