I'm nowhere near as good as i'd like to be, but I would say i'm decent enough. It just differs from person to person. For me, the way i've been improving hasn't been drawing constantly but rather studying others constantly. And then eventually, I attempt a new drawing, and regardless of how I feel about the outcome, each time I note that i've taken away some new knowledge and experience from the drawing. Ultimately you have to find what works best for you.

Here's a tip, practice proportions. Break the waifu's body up into shapes, and practice drawing those shapes the right size and proportion to each other before adding details like face/hair. Ganbatte~

Maybe do a daily challenge like i'm doing, I find it fun and at least helps me stay on track drawing everyday. Although I'm probably the last person in this thread you would want to take advice from on drawing cute art.
