I didn't think I was gonna like this show desu, haven't been into anime for a while so I hadn't heard any of the hype around it, didn't even know it was a Kyoto Animation show until a few episodes in. I hadn't heard of the show until my gf started it and she got really into it and made me watch it with her and at first I was kind of indifferent but by the end I've come to really like it. I'm not sure I would say it's anything special but it's cute and comfy and has good fan service and delivers the warm feels at times. Don't see why it's hard to understand the appeal of a show like this, honestly.
