Don't go in expecting it to be super lewd. It's crime action first and foremost. It just isn't afraid of nudity and suggestive stuff.
But it is excellent. The action is superb and the designs of characters are great, and guns and cars are drawn with obvious love for both of them.
Some of the driving moments are ridiculously tense for a manga. You practically feel the speed and hear the engine roar. It does it better than many live action films manage.
