You do realize there is a lot of stuff to wade through. Well in any case, I suppose I'll give a quick summary then:

Volume 3:
The mascots do that thing where they pretend to be Kanie and that whole stuff where they wear his skin as suit. Then you hear about Macaron and his ex-wife's issues and his daughter etc. Alongside that, Sento and Kanie go to the Mapleland where Sento is originally from. Also, the mascots turn into humans for a short time where they become super attractive men for a short bit (there's a picture of that floating around somewhere)

Volume 4:
You find out about Kanie's half-sister and the whole situation with his family and stuff (past as a child actor and his parents divorcing). You find out that Kanie is not his real last name and that it was actually Kyubu but he changed it because he hates his dad or something and lives with Aisu Kanie, his aunt. Sento thinks that his half-sister (named Saki) is his girlfriend and gets jealous. She follows him around and manages to near destroy the park somehow by fucking things up and being unattentive. In the end, Kanie tells her that Saki is just his half-sister and Sento gets embarrased about it. She then admits to herself that she may have fallen in love with Kanie and decides to call him Seiya and fixes his tie and stuff (pic related).

Volume 5:
Anyways, Volumes 5 was fairly uneventful, but I think the only highlight there is that Macaron (I think, it's been a while since I've seen their names) dates AV Chan and gets into a fight with her dad or something.

Volume 6:
This one was incredibly central on Latifah's plot and trying to get her into the Kanye Bowl (though Volume 8 basically threw that out the window). So what basically happens is that every year, Latifah's memories reset and she forgets everything. However, on this particular occasion, she's on a "date" with Kanye and faints. Kanye uses some magical item to see what the hell is going wrong and sees a shadow version of Latifah, one which holds all of her old memories everytime she wiped her memories. Anyways, what basically happens here is that her disease is more due to her not receiving the proper type of magic, not the one that the park provides. You could call her human form her "fake" self and her shadow form her "real" self but that's another thing entirely.

On that note, the shadow Latifah confesses her love for Kanye and before Kanye can answer, his magical tool runs out of juice. The real world Latifah (the fainted one) doesn't know about the conversation at all. In addition, Kanye gets a little depressed about how much Latifah is suffering and thinks about how devoted he is to her. But before he can say anything, Latifah wakes up and says she heard what he said. However, Kanye chooses not to confess to Latifah because he doesn't want to get rejected and not be able to function at the park due to awkwardness.

Volume 7:

This one was about the Elementario (I think the anime sort of did that where they ran into conflict and got together again. It was a fairly pointless, plotless chapter). I think one of the Elementario (I think Muse) started dating that Tiramy guy. Sorry, Volume 7 is the one that I have the least recollection of since no important plot points occurred and it was mostly fanservice for Elementario fans.

Finally Volume 8:

So there was that obvious scene with Sento and Kanye but what else happened is that there was a time-travelling Maplelander who warned Kanye that his park was going to fail no matter what happened. Kanye is given a vision of the future where everyone leaves due to no park sales despite the fact that the park did well for the first few years. Eventually, Kanie and Sento are the only ones working for it and while they still do get married, Sento eventually gets injured during an accident and passes away. The medical bills crippled the park finances even further and Kanie buries Sento in the Elementario theater. At this point, Latifah is a golden hamster due to having no magical energy and Kanie goes mad from grief having lost his wife. His goes around carrying Sento's ribbon for the rest of his life and eventually dies soon after next to where Sento was buried.

So flash back to the present and Kanie is obviously horrifed about this and decides at the end of the volume that they have to make a new park and expand the franchies like Disneyland.

More on Volume 8:

A little before what I talked about, Sento and Kanie were going to scout other places and their car broke down and the metro was off for the night so they stayed at a love hotel. There is only one bed so Sento and Kanie decide to just deal with it. Sento takes a shower and then imagines her future daughter. Kanie is sitting there nervous. Sento walks out naked and after a bit of awkard shuffling, they start to kiss and undress. Sento has her legs locked around Kanie's waist and were about to get to sex before Latifah called to ask if they were okay. So nothing happens.

The next day, they return to the park where everyone is well-aware of what happened, with the three mascot stooges congratulating/chasiting Kanie for fucking Sento and the Elemenatrio thinking Sento is pregnant with Kanie's child.

Oh right, I forgot to mention, Latifah actually gets unblinded (I forgot how but I think the curse got weakened) and starts going to school with Sento and Kanie. Sento installs a grenade launcher into her rifle to watch her.

Finally, I forgot where this was from (the LN or from Twitter), but I think it's teasing that the Elementario will be joining Sento, Kanie, Saki, and Latifah at school. But I don't know for sure.
