No it does european animation. Since it's rich and nested between France and Belgium that both has a lot of talents, they have studios working on movies there, often co-productions with french, english or swedish studios.
The studio I work in plan to adapt one of Jiro's Taniguchi manga's though, not really that anime but hey.
