From my personal experience I was recommended to watch F/Z first and I really
enjoyed, UBW was a disappointing follow up.
We went from an all out magic duel with interesting and cool characters to a bunch of boring ass high schoolers. Rin is best descibed as generic tsundere and Shirou is thicker than a black hole.
