What I've seen, not a lot: Air, Eureka Seven, Kamichu, Noein, Aria,Ginban Kaleidoscope

Noein may be the best one.
Ginban Kaleidoscope was also pretty good.

However, Eureka Seven was far more memorable than either of those, and is an anime I actually think back to. It was never really that exciting, and the characters were really bad, but in the end it is something that remains with me. It had some great moments, and many interesting parts, so even though I disliked much of it, it still has some merit.

They'll probably just retcon the story to make it fit more with AO. Where E7 conflicts with AO, they'll change E7 so no one can criticize AO for being inconsistent with the original.

Black people doing black people things is comedy gold in Japan, they probably loved it. Bet even Madhouse could tell the forth season was trash though.
