I've seen a semi-final versions of the OP and a lot of the story boards, can confirm the studio is doing a great job of keeping with the art style.

Not sure at the moment, I'll have an ask around but considering it's based on the web manga by crunchyroll and this being their all in first attempt at an anime I'd imagine they'd go for a 12 ep/20 min series
