Not anime, but the MC of Jingai Makyo (Nitroplus VN) was such a textbook autist that even the Nip reviewers noticed. One of the best portrayals of the Asperger syndrome I've ever seen, to be honest. The guy was surprisingly likable, but his thought process was really something.
