Kagura is out of the question as she treats him and shinpachi more like her own older brothers. Gorilla seems to lean more on Otae/Kondo especially after FS arc. Though during the first episodes of the series, you can tell that she's obviously the first choice for Gin. He probably couldn't figure out how their relationship would work or he had a trouble making it work. Now only Sarutobi and Tsukuyo are confirmed to have romantic feelings for him. But if we're talking about which girl is more teased with Gin, then it's Tsukuyo without a doubt. I personally prefer if he doesn't get with anyone in the end. I don't ship Tsukuyo/Gin myself but I'd be fine with her getting together with Gin.

I just wanted to say that Gintama encouraged me to make some research on historical Yoshiwara.
The result was saddening.

A lot of Yoshi girls were not even there out of their will. Rather, their parents would sent them there to serve from a very young age, or they would be forced to go there by their family to cover debt.

Since there wasn't effective birth control back then, a lot of prostitutes would end up getting pregnant. So they would be forced to miscarry in a primitive way, that could cause fatal infections or mutilation.

A lot of them were also STD riddled and couldn't even outlive their 5-year contracts. Yoshi officials would dump dead girls outside the district to avoid the responsibility to fund a proper funeral.

Even if a girl somehow outlived her contract without getting pregnant or contracting a disease, she could still be coerced into making a new contract. If allowed to leave, she would have to deal with having to serve thousands of men for the rest of her life.

So maybe we should show some more respect to all suffering whores out there.
