It takes no effort beyond actually watching the original show. When a dubber can't even pronounce something from the show, it just makes me think they didn't even watch the original. And if they're dubbing a show they never even bothered to watch, then how is there suppose to be any kind of authenticity to it? It just proved dubs are done as quickly and cheaply as possible with no thought for consistency or quality.
